Pretty hotel right at the lake, love the tranquility around here. Excellent service esp fr tour desk, the young lady is so helpful. The lake tour arranged by her was wonderful!👍

Overall it was okay, the room was upgraded for free and the view was very nice. The room facilities are also very good, intelligent and equipped with a large bathtub. The only fly in the ointment is that the first floor feels like it's often flooded and deserted. The water in the swimming pool doesn't change often, so it doesn't feel very clean. Service is ok. The overall swimming pool is a bit regretful

I booked a hotel with a friend and two children on different platforms. First of all, it was cheaper for me than him. But the front desk gave him a small fan before he checked out, and I delayed the service. Not delivered.
