臨時決定的行程 中心湖已經去過很多次了 於是訂了這裏來看看不一樣的風光！位置很好 就在景區的步行街上 裝修佈置都很有格調 看得出來老闆很用心經營 熱愛生活！兩天行程住得很舒服 服務很好 周邊景點走走逛逛遠離城市喧囂 很舒服！有機會再去！房東家的狗狗超可愛！

我們訂的是5月3號入住3天2晚的。
入住前4天因為單位有急事恐不能入住想退房，直接打電話聯繫酒店，酒店老闆在電話裏説我們是在攜程上訂的，要我們跟平台協商。但是電話聯繫攜程溝通後，攜程客服反饋的是店家不予退房，然後客服持續溝通酒店後，酒店方説如需退房需扣除80%金額。另外，酒店反饋購房後30分鐘之內可全額退房，但是在房間訂購前未在酒店政策中看到關於“不允許退房”相關的説明，酒店房間訂購中，短訊提醒中也未見相關描述。後來沒辦法，衹能跟領導溝通提前加班將公司事情辦了，按時來酒店入住。
入住體驗：1、酒店位置難找，路標不明顯，進來古鎮第一眼看到的是一個酒店房間的地方，裏面貼了一張提示説要去前台辦理入住，但是並未標註前台位置，打電話才知道前台方位。2、套餐裏的下午茶套餐想消費時被告知就給你泡兩杯茶。3、早餐是簡單的白粥油條包子。4、房間環境中式風格，圖片好看入住體驗差，衞生間無換氣系統又與房間無隔離可想而知氣味；淋浴房每次用完外面都是漏水，地板是水泥地而且還有高低錯落，容易腳滑還導致水泥地打破腳受傷；化粧鏡掛的過高，1.70的個子才能正常照到臉；電視機是最小號的那種無法投屏且僅免費（老）視頻可看；電視桌長短與電視機一樣長，桌子上放不了什麼東西；房間內衹有一個椅子，私人物品沒地方放，衣服也不好放，衹有4個衣架；牀頭櫃更小是一根木樁子，衹能放下一個手機；房間隔音極差，隔壁的聲音吵的就像在耳邊；入住第二天酒店打掃房間衞生間用廁紙沒了也未加，一次性紙杯未換；最詭異的事是入住兩晚外面下小雨，但是門口院子裏卻是大暴雨，觀察了兩天也不知道是什麼原因。
做為一名住户給商家一個建議：服務是要靠口碑的，不是強制消費；給消費者一個忠告：套路太深，訂房需謹慎！

過年和老同學聚首千島湖，搜到這家民宿評分不錯就定了，沒想到實地過來更加滿意，文淵獅城是2016年複製的水下古城，文化底藴深厚，店家很熱心，用心經營自己的民宿，房間很乾凈清爽，早點也很不錯，奈何古城管理經營不善，宣傳不夠，遊客不多，這麼好的地理環境和人文底藴，落得如此地步真是心痛啊，呼籲淳安文旅和古城投資管理部門引起重視

來千島湖釣魚是我的一個念想，終於實現了，雖然衹釣了一條也很開心。看到薄霧籠罩在遠山和湖面，好一幅江南美景。民宿楊老闆給予了幫助表示感謝。
民宿由於是淡季，景區人不多，晚上更顯得荒涼，昏暗的燈光襯託石頭牌坊，青磚白牆上竹影搖動，有點倩女幽魂的感覺。南方的冬天沒有暖氣，讓我們北方人更加覺得寒冷，第二天讓老闆搬了個電暖氣＋空調，才算好些。
