From the moment I stepped into this hotel, my amazing journey began. They greeted me with refreshing fruit tea and drove me to my room. Thanks for the upgrade! The view from my room is incredible.
And let’s not forget our amazing housekeeper, Miya. She made everything so smooth and always met our needs. She booked cars for us, arranged a spa day, took care of our food, and did everything else.
The spa is a must-try! Room number 2 has a truly amazing view. But the most incredible experience was the firefly release ceremony. As we walked to the center of the island, they provided drinks and food, and the music played. We released all these beautiful fireflies, and it was an unforgettable moment.
I’m so sorry I didn’t have enough time to enjoy all the other activities and explore the whole island. I’ll definitely come back and explore next time. This place is truly deserving of a longer stay.

Side trip from Shanghai on the train. It's a long drive from the train station onmce we arrived, but worth it.
Very clean, relaxing. Food was good, too.

1. The sceneries were absolutely gorgeous, and guest quarters fabulous! We dodged the big crowd that could have filled the place during the long May holiday. Unfortunately we didn't have a chance to enjoy its onsite offerings. Perhaps another time.
2. Western cafe's meals were excellent: true to specific western flavors, and the dessert were great, too. Credit to the chef! Breakfast was good, too.
3. All service people were friendly and well-trained.
4. Front desk manager Henry was friendly and competent.
Unlike most Chinese facilities, this B&B was understated in the best way. Hope it stays that way.

Our stay was amazing! Daniel and Xiaohua made sure that we were well taken care of during the whole trip, and made us feel very comfortable. If there was anything that we needed, the hotel will go beyond their means to help us. We will definitely recommend this beautiful resort to anyone.

酒店安靜，景色好。房間大，基礎房間就有八十平方米，房間設施非常舒服，有兩個衣櫃，兩個大洗漱盆，特別有一個大梳粧台我夫人特別滿意。服務方面也很到位，餐廳吳芬，管家小章給了我們很多幫助讓我們感到這是一家豪華酒店，有一流的服務。

國慶長假，攜老帶幼來到千島湖。千島湖高端酒店也不少，但非常明智的選擇了安嵐～在喧鬧的人羣裏尋的一處安逸的祕境，這才是度假呀～一家入住了三卧別墅，自帶小泳池和二樓的大客廳，在別墅裏圓桌上用餐感覺就像家裡一般，太有氛圍了～酒店的景色很美，無邊泳池更是美的不想花～小朋友的活動也有很多，玩到不想走～我們的管家Miya也非常貼心，我們各種小需求都一一幫我們解決了，在此説聲謝謝～還有，酒店送的蝦醬特別好吃啊！

是去過生日的，管家LEO很早就加了微信溝通細節，生日當天不僅送了美味的蛋糕還佈置了房間，客房部每個員工還手寫了賀卡，吃完晚飯還送了雞蛋麪，確確實實驚喜萬分
走的時候還怕我們路上餓，不僅送了伴手禮還給準備了吃的
房間尤其是浴室大到驚人，客房服務可以有呼必應，最重要是可以完全釋放自己，在外旅行出差從來沒有睡的這麼好過，以後還會再去
