先説好的，服務非常高，很熱情。
但是，，太吵了！第二天要環湖騎行的，愣是被吵的一宿沒有睡着！我還加錢要了個所謂的湖景房，大概就看到了一丟丟的水，但是窗户就在大路旁邊，凌晨2.3點都還是有很多車！窗户也完全不隔音！隔壁説話聲也能聽的到！

酒店是新开业的酒店，设施齐全，停车场在后院，雖然車位有限，但还算方便。房间乾淨舒适，服务親切，入住房间还备有水果。早餐还不错，七点时由于团客人多一早就没位了，等半小时后团客都走再去，可以慢慢享用。除了现有的炒饭、炒面、粥等主食外，还现煮馄饨汤及面，青菜没了又專门炒了一盘，服务真好。

來千島湖出差了三趟，住過三家不同的酒店，這家是最滿意的。環境乾淨，服務態度不錯，房間設施都比較新，但大床房都是臨街的，街上確實有些吵，到也能接受。早晨7點多會有交警一直吹哨子，我起得早就還好，起得晚的話應該會被吵到。
