The worst thing is that the hotel is on the left side of the road, so the rooms with lake view will see a road, and while you can hear birds singing, there will be road noise (you can't hear the road noise when you close the door at night). It would be better if the hotel was on the right side of the road.

Arrived at the hotel very late, booked a family room, the hotel is not as big as described in the introduction, the overall decoration style is old-fashioned, that is, on the original basis, some children's elements are added, and a small tent is placed, and it is called a family room... That's OK, the main room quilt is still dirty, because it was already very late at night, so I didn't go to the front desk, but the overall experience is very bad, the cost performance is very low

Facilities: The hotel has complete facilities. There are badminton, table tennis, and basketball in the free sports venues. The rackets and balls are easy to equip. The children's playground is also very large, and the gym is also very good. You can also rent a bicycle for cycling. It is recommended to cross the road and ride to the left after leaving the hotel. The scenery along the way is beautiful and the vegetation is dense. Service: The hotel service is great, and the service attitude is better than any five-star hotel of foreign brands I have stayed in. When checking out, they gave me souvenirs very considerately, including food and drinks, which can be used as snacks on the way back. Restaurant: The breakfast is rich. I eat very full every morning. I go to breakfast at 9 o'clock and I am not hungry at 1 o'clock in the afternoon. The food ordered at noon and in the evening tastes good. The fish head soup is very large. I ordered food in the hotel restaurant for two consecutive days, and the price is also reasonable. I hope the hotel can continue to maintain such a standard of food and service attitude. I will definitely make a reservation next time I come to Qiandao Lake!

The hardware of this hotel is generally good, but the loose management can be seen from the service of the employees. For this reason, I believe that every guest who stays in the hotel will have problems of one kind or another, and I kindly remind everyone to make good judgments. I said that I encountered it. I checked in at 8:30 in the evening when it was raining heavily. I asked, "What facilities does the hotel have? Can you introduce them?" The front desk lady Lu replied, "Our hotel has no facilities. If you go, I will point them out to you now." When you know that this hotel has 4 or 5 buildings and it is late at night and rainy and you can't "point out the facilities one by one", I don't know what everyone will think of this answer. In addition, when I went to the children's playground in the park the next day, I found that no one was on duty. It took 30 minutes for someone to turn on the lights. Then, for breakfast in the morning, there was no place to provide tableware, and no one arranged placemats and tableware when we sat down. We brought the food, but we didn't start. Alas, the service is really hard to describe. It's either a lack of service awareness or too dull to treat people. I'm really not happy in such a resort hotel.
