This is our second stay at Voco and we returned because of the beautiful scenery, great service and wide breakfast spread. Kudos to Bill at lobby for his helpful tour related advice and May Hu (guest services) for rectifying the shower problem quickly. The staff ferrying us in the buddy was great too. In all, we are satisfied with our stay but would be great if front desk are kept aware of returning guests. We love this resort!

This is really an awesome hotel with a beautiful view of the lake. Unfortunately the pool was already closed for swimming. The sunset 🌅 this days was stunning. Breakfast buffet is great. A clear recommendation 👍🏻

Overall is ok, with a great restaurant, and a chef making superb omelet.
But there are 3 points that made the experience a bit disappointing:
1. the gym was temporarily closed.
2. The room I booked, a king Deluxe, was very very small, too small for being a Deluxe, and for a leisure hotel like this. The bathroom has no bathtub, and even not enough space for towels.
3. The staff was always apologizing for some inconvenient, but didn't instead try to solve the problem. For instance in the pool side, I asked for a couple of drinks with ice and straw: they had no straw and no ice there, and didn't want to ask the bar or the restaurant to bring, so I only can take it in that way, with their apologies. Really not what you expect in this kind of hotel.

I liked the hotel, it was clean and service was good. Alos nice location. My wife is very picky and she was ok with thsi hotel, that is saying something about the cleaniess and overall setup.

Extremely friendly hotel staff, from the entrance to the room service, really lovely people. Perfect atmosphere and location, breakfast is great, lots of different food area at the buffet. We enjoyed the staying very much

Recently was my second stay at this hotel and I loved it again. Convenient location, wide and comfortable lobby, lovely terrace. Music which is playing outside is also quite a good choice. It helped me to relax and not to notice noisy visitors. My special “thanks” goes to the manager Bill Cao who helped to find a room with a great bathtub for me. Appreciate this kind of attitude.
