As soon as I entered the door, there was a peculiar smell. I wanted to drink water. There was not even a bottle of mineral water in the guest room. I was told that there was only water at the front desk. I didn't want to go downstairs after ten o'clock. I wanted to boil the water. Was awakened by the sound of a car engine early in the morning. Also, I haven’t seen the smile of the staff

It's very close to the city. Didi is about 6 yuan. It's very convenient. The room is big and comfortable, but the front desk is a bit lax. It's not the first time to stay. Don't arrange a corner house for me next time. The wardrobe is really scary.

設施：這家酒店裝修老舊，特別是那沙發、椅子，外包的那種絨絨布，顯得特別臟；
衞生：一般吧；
環境：周邊環境也顯得老舊，不是特別乾淨。周邊用餐比較方便，旁邊一超市可以購水、水果等；
服務：諮詢前台交通事宜時，不能給出滿意的答覆，我們衹好到街對面的花園酒店諮詢，花園酒店前台專業，給予滿意答覆及建議。酒店不提供礦泉水，這是住過這麼多酒店遇到的第一次如此，不過旁邊一超市購水很方便。
這酒店不知道為什麼總是有煙味，電梯、走廊甚至房間裏也一直有味，散不出去。比較滿意的是陽台上有晾衣繩好用。

注意隱形消費，一次性浴巾毛巾需要另收費，前台不提醒（三個人入住衹提供兩個人的毛巾浴巾），服務態度也很差，拉着個臉，這次來千島湖遊玩體驗非常不好，不光旅遊中被收費，酒店裡還有這種事兒，呵呵呵呵來玩兒的慎重考慮（廣告宣傳的很厲害名不符實）。

房間夠大，設施也可，建議保潔換完床品後擦一下各種櫃子枱麪，不然落一層棉絮。前台服務很好，幫我換了安靜的房間，有問題也能及時解決。客房服務員太吵，早晨6點多就在走廊大聲喊話，本來雨天想多睡一會的，直接被迫起床。
