Local hotel, many tour bus with old people smoking in the rooms, cold weather no Aircond as they switch off central AC… so far service is very good

This is an excellent hotel. Great location and great service. They work hard to appease the customers by providing free fish-head meals, afternoon fruits, and good-night sweet soups everyday. Moreover, the fish-head meals taste really good - not what you would expect for “free” food.

As the hotel indicated, the hotel bus leaving from the HSR stops at the hotel. It is also a few bus stops from the tourist pier where all ferry and boat tours begin. The service of the hotel is commendable. A female staff (who looks like a supervisor) at the counter was most helpful. She offered good advice and helped us with the luggage. It was also very thoughtful of the hotel to offer free sweet congee which was delivered to our room after dinner. The hotel room is very comfortable. We were upgraded to a lake view room which was very appreciated. Overall, we have had a very happy stay at the hotel.

The hotel was clean and the service was good.They explain everything in English when we arrived.The breakfast was good.The hotel is next to Qiandao lake.I will come again. I recommend people to use this hotel.

It's a trap. The hotel and room were a mess. Just look at how dirty the walls are. It's said to be a hotel, but it's actually a B&B. After registering the license plate number, I was charged 30 yuan when I went out. It took a long time to let go.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I don’t know how to rate it 4 stars. The breakfast is extremely bad, not even as fast as the fast ones. All the breakfasts are cold. After the meal, the waiter didn’t even wipe the table or clean the room. Even the cigarette butts on the floor were not swept away, which made me question the quality too much. It was even worse the day before yesterday. When we reported the situation, the front desk actually said that if you don't want to stay, you can check out. If it wasn't too late, I would definitely check out.
