Nice place. Garden view 45m rooms have corner tubs. Can fit two people. 🤓Hotel arranged our boat night tour w/buffet. 160 rmb/person. Great deal! Great romantic getaway. ❤️ 🥰

The hotel is excellent, huge structure with beautiful architecture. My only complaint is about the outside swimming pool, it was deactivated and I didn’t see any information about it in the booking page. I was very disappointed with it, because I chose this hotel mainly for the outdoor swimming pool. I don’t like indoor swimming pool, this one was open. The breakfast is wonderful, the best I had in China. The room is confortable, the view to the garden is lovely.

It was a very comfortable stay. There is a butler(room associate) helping us. there are a lot of facilities for you to utilise. It can be a bit out of the way, but if you take the bus there is K0004, K0007, K0011, K0015 which can bring you to 鱼街，千岛湖广场，two of the most happening areas. Breakfast has quite a good spread.

Good location with big ground and well maintained gardens facing the lake. The hotel is next to the port for easy access to cruises. The staff are friendly and helpful. Recommended.

We had an amazing experience. The room was clean. The service was great. The only issue I had was the view. We booked a lake view but our view was obstructed. Other than that I will definitely go again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Narada. The view from our room was absolutely stunning and weather permitting, the balcony is a plus. The breakfast offers an abundance of choices for all palates. We stayed in a suite, so we got morning and afternoon snacks, which were plentiful and we didn't need dinner. The staff were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend a stay at this hotel.

The cleaning conditions are generally good but not to my expectations because there are dust on the chairs in the balcony
The front desk service is not good. When we ask for room exchange for a good view they show some annoying attitude

This resort has perfect view to the lake. The restaurant on L1 serves authentic local food, which is definitely a must try.
The only downside is the pillow, which is too soft. Very hard to sleep on it.

The location is lovely. Rooms (executive Lake view) spacious, clean and with lake view (the room I stayed in had partially obstructed view but still nice). Breakfast is rich (western and Chinese). Walking distance to the pier. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and patience. Especially Fangpei (佩佩) helped so much with handling the medical tests and booking activities (kayak). Very recommended.

We had a great time at this hotel , first its clean the staff is friendly some don’t speak English but some do. We were checked in right away , I room was so spacious pleasantly surprised. They had activities for kids maybe because of the holiday , the outdoor pool wasn’t opened but the indoor was. The water was cold , I hope in the summer they can open it. The property is beautiful With views , the dinner buffet was yummy I enjoyed it allot also breakfast. I would definitely stay here again.

The Junlan I stayed at was just as I wished. The hotel environment is beautiful, quiet and elegant. I originally booked a deluxe garden suite, but after arriving, I considered upgrading to an executive suite for my elders. The waiter (Yu Rong) who assisted in the process at the front desk was quite enthusiastic. Since there were three people staying this time, one person's breakfast was given free of charge, as well as executive benefits (free buffet afternoon tea every afternoon). If I encountered problems with my daily itinerary, I would raise them to Miss Yu on WeChat, and I would get timely and satisfactory feedback. The hotel's breakfast service needs to be improved. Perhaps because of the holidays, there were many people and the waiters were relatively short of staff. Some side dishes, salad dressing, coffee grounds, milk, etc. could not be supplied in time.
