I took my parents on a trip and lived very comfortably. There are many good fish restaurants nearby. I took a taxi to Dongnanhu Pier for 20 minutes and Qiandaohu Station for 30 minutes. 住的是五號樓，19層，雖然前面有兩棟樓但是這樣帶着層次感的景更美麗豐富，尤其是晚上烏雲散開一點點，夕陽透出來的時候，坐在陽台看湖景簡直不要太美。下樓走幾分鐘就是飯店，味道也很好，超級方便，下次如果再來千島湖，還是會選擇這家酒店。 樓層管家張繼紅也很熱情，會貼心告訴我們一些注意事項，還給我們送了水果😊很棒的一次住宿體驗☺

房間非常棒，乾淨衞生，兩室兩衞，全家一起出遊非常方便！陽台朝湖，醒來一整個風景都在眼前！19樓酒店管家張繼紅服務非常貼心，給孩子送了專用的拖鞋和洗漱用品，還給我們送了水果，下班前也會細心的告知我們夜間可以聯繫的人，很棒，還會再來！

服務一分是給保潔阿姨的，阿姨辛苦了。但某前台男性服務人員態度太差了，愛搭不理擺臉色，不想上班可以請假沒必要噁心客人好吧。房間確實舊了但景色沒話説。出來玩就塗個散心舒服，建議大家直接選隔壁喜來登貴一點但不用被前台添堵🙃
