New Century Resort Qiandao Lake Hangzhou

This is my third time to visit Qiandao Lake New Century Resort. When I entered the lobby, I felt like I was meeting an old friend. Every waiter was smiling and felt warm in their hearts. The front desk took the initiative to upgrade my lake view room, which was a pleasant surprise for me. The customer relations director assigned to us, Jiaozi, was very considerate. She led us to the room and added WeChat. She took the initiative to introduce various activities in the resort. She also often asked about our feelings later. Her intentions were impressive. The room facilities were clean and tidy, and the beds were very comfortable. Although the facilities have a history of more than ten years, they are well maintained. I personally think that the five-star standard is far better than many so-called 5-brick and 6-brick hotels. What surprised me this time was that the hotel added a forest sports park and a cute pet park. The children had a lot of fun and didn't want to leave for several hours. The hotel's breakfast is still rich and varied. I will bring my children here to play again next time. Coming here is not only a vacation, but also a re-experience of the beautiful memories of family and children's growth. I hope that Qiandao Lake New Century Resort will continue to work hard to build a century-old store in China. Thank you!
