Hotel is located next to the lake with excellent views. Rooms are very big and clean. Staff are very friendly and supportive. Being a foreigner, language was a problem, however they supported us well, helped us in arranging for vegetarian dishes for dinner which wasn’t in the menu. So many facilities to enjoy and spend good time with family like small animal zoo, indoor and outdoor play areas, swimming pool etc., Food is so tasty and cost js very reasonable.

Very local. The staff at the buffet was very friendly, however there aren’t many options for foreigners for breakfast and dinner, but that’s the case in the whole town.
NOT for a couple with no children, unless it’s off holiday season, then it’s perfect for a 2-3 days getaway.
Holiday season it’s too noisy.

This is a great family hotel and is very well situated to the town center. We booked a family suit with three beds and the room was perfect. The whole hotel was clean, maybe becoming a bit dated, but not at all bad. The pool was really nice for the children although I remain puzzled at to why there are not so many places to sit eg Sun loungers or chairs….. there are only six loungers? Also there are some lovely positioned umbrella tables around the gardens, but with no chairs? The food is average and after trying we opted to eat out in the local town and some international hotels. All being said this is a fair priced hotel in a good location with a great pool and I would recommend it. What really makes this hotel is the staff will go out of their way to help you. I big shout out to 张静怡, who kindly greeted us upon arrival and kept in touch with us during our stay to ensure things were ok, 张静怡 even gave us a small food gift on departure….. she truly understands customer satisfaction. Well done

Great place for families, buffet dinner was also good, many tasty options. The shuttle to the railway is convenient,although the Concierge booked the wrong shuttle time,she drove us to the railway station so we won't miss our train. Indoor Playland was big compared to other hotels. Many activities such as paddle boat,kayak and jetski. This place will be good during Summer because of the outdoor pools

This time I took my 3-year-old daughter to stay at Qiandao Lake Kaiyuan Resort, and the overall experience was very satisfactory! I came in the off-season and upgraded the room on the 4th floor. The resort has a beautiful environment and fresh air, which is very suitable for family travel. The room is spacious and clean, with complete facilities, especially children's products are fully prepared. The washing and care of Dai Kesi is also reassuring, and the children live very comfortably.
There are many parent-child activities in the resort. The baby especially likes the cute pet park and the car town, and has a lot of fun. Because it rained in the outdoor amusement park, we played for a while on the last day of leaving the hotel, and the baby was reluctant to leave. Because it rained on the second day of check-in, I bought a ticket to the car town and took the child to play. I was not afraid of being bored on rainy days. Another thing worth mentioning is the children's heated swimming pool. The temperature is quite high, more than 30 degrees. It is not cold at all in this weather. There is no need to worry about catching a cold. The baby goes swimming every night and has a lot of fun playing in the water.
