We enjoyed our 3 nights at this hotel because
Our room is large and clean, with a big balcony, especially the water views were beautiful!
The personals of front desk were friendly and helpful.
The buffet breakfast was very good with a lot of choices - foods.
Above all we loved the service of transportation by a classical car - driving us from the hotel to near the main street - there are many restaurants.
Thanks for the welcome gift and room upgrade - we had a very pleasant time at GR Resort Hotel.

The resort is in a very nice location, right by the lakes. We booked a lake view French window for three nights, but we were upgraded to a lake view balcony room. The room was clean, and comfortable. We enjoyed our morning coffee with excellent view from our balcony. The included breakfast was very nice.
With lots of choices. We booked a lake cruise tour with the hotel which is a great choice because the hotel has a private dock for the boat to pick us up. We would choose this resort again.

Good location, the view was amazing! It's a great place to stay with kids, we spent a lot of time at the pool. Also breakfast was delicious, and you can sit outside, eat and enjoy in the view just next to the lake. Our room was very clean and beds were comfortable, we asked for a baby cot and they provide it quickly. Next time we'll choose Greentown again for sure!

I booked a room in Building -5. They moved me to Building-1. This building doesn't even have a restaurant. There is no room service. The room card didn't work when we went to eat breakfast. Most people I met on the reception desk didn't sound helpful. The view from the hotel is beautiful and the rooms are very clean.

Time flies.This time we were staying in Building 3 with full lake view.We are still very impressed with the service and we had a great experience with the customer service. Special thanks to hotel staff Zhen Xing Hua , Xiao Yang and the staff who cleaned our room level 15. They were very responsive and helpful.I would definitely recommend to friends back in Singapore.😃..last but not least the kids were getting Peppa farewell gifts as well 🎁

We booked a 110m2 Family Friendly Suite with garden view. There is a separate bedroom with a king size bed and a living room with a single bed and kitchenette. The floor is wooden and the tones of the furniture is warm.
The breakfast has good fresh coffee and a small western choice.
Very good value for price. Would choose this hotel again
