The hotel is in a very beautiful villa. It has a nice swimming pool outside and a studding view over the lake from the garden. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They can recommend things to do and help to book these for you.
The furniture seems to be new and nice, but the walls need repainting.
So overall, it is a very beautiful place, but it needs a little bit of renovation. Still worth going as it is probably the best location if you want a calm place.

金玉其表敗絮其中，乍一看不錯，不能細觀，大門好看，周圍綠植沒修建維護，設施陳舊，電燈總開關是壞的，牆皮臟舊，水龍頭朽舊，熱水不熱，床很短，冰箱收費提示不明顯，發的牙刷柄有腐臭味，毛巾像低端連鎖消毒水泡過的硬邦邦還有煙頭燙壞的痕跡，門口有第三方提供的電單車租借服務，20元半小時比租車還貴，在浴缸後面發現以前住户的洗臉巾沒清理，衞生堪憂

服務：酒店工作人員的服務真的超出我的預期太多太多，我本身就是酒店行業從業者，做的還是奢華酒店，但我真的有點自愧不如。從辦理入住開始，雖然是晚上快10點了，但前台的姐姐還是把我們送到了電梯，為我們介紹了酒店的設施設備。因為我自己粗心定錯了房型，但工作人員積極解決第二天主動提出幫我們換房，並且給到了免費升級。無論是前台、早餐廳還是做房阿姐，每一位工作人員永遠是面帶微笑，讓人感覺心情很好。第一天我們出去玩，下雨但陽台上曬了衣服，酒店的工作人員在第一時間電話聯繫我們，徵求意見後幫我們把衣服收了進去，真的是感覺服務超級棒！
設施：酒店裡麪配備了露天的泳池，裏面還有游泳圈等可以供大小朋友玩的小玩具。整個酒店的中心是一個巨大的圖書架，特別有古典的氛圍。飛鏢盤、乒乓球桌、健身區域、小朋友手繪區、象棋、五子棋、圍棋、會議室應有盡有，滿足各類遊客的需求。後面會有花園，鞦韆、水晶椅子的露台、花籃、小朋友攀爬區域都有的，很適合帶小朋友度暑假。
衞生：酒店裡的阿姐會每天來收拾房間，我們是住了4晚，毛巾都會更換，垃圾也會收走。
環境：整個酒店是被湖包圍起來的，打開窗就可以看到整個湖景，陽光也特別好。
歡迎水果:水果給到的是荔枝、香蕉和桃子，都是當季的水果，並且分量並不少，在我們第一天到的過晚沒有用水果，做房阿姐發現後主動提出給我們再送一份新的。
迷你吧:有可樂、雪碧還有千島湖啤酒都是免費的。
100元魚頭抵用券:酒店裡的餐廳真的令我眼前一亮，跟我們預想的酒店餐廳很不一樣，本以為會踩雷，但確實很可口，是我們在千島湖4天吃的最好吃的一餐，強烈推薦湯餃和玉米排骨煲（全是肋排，並沒有用骨頭糊弄客人），價格也很合理！
如果説這次旅行讓我印象最深刻的便是這家酒店，是真的從入住那一刻開始，就期待能寫點評。我也會推薦我所有要來千島湖旅行的朋友住這家酒店，希望貴酒店的生意越來越好，當然如果是這樣的服務生意必定會越來越好～也祝酒店的每一位工作人員工作順利～我們下次再見～
