前台服務很好哦，很熱情，出行很方便，出門往右邊走一兩百米就有吃飯的地方，前台説紅綠燈路口有家方英豬蹄還錯入住的小夥伴可以吃吃看！離湖邊差不多200米吃了飯可以逛逛下午吹吹晚風很舒服。

極力推薦大家入住這家酒店，性價比很高，房間不僅乾淨衞生，距離千島湖景區也很近，服務熱情周到，還有自己的停車場，停車特別方便，周邊餐廳也很多，晚上睡覺也特別安靜，總之性價比特別高！！！！！！

還好吧，就是停車位有點少，位置不錯，吃飯距離近，邊上有騎龍巷，房間較大，就是客房裡沒電話，晚上沒服務員，衹有保安。

這是出行遇到最讓人憤怒的事情！我7月26日預訂的2晚，攜程顯示預訂成功。當晚10：30去入住，前台告知沒有我們預訂的房間，説是白天他們內部那邊弄錯了，給我們準備的房型不是我們預訂的3張1.2的房型！前台與該酒店的老闆娘溝通，那邊答覆讓我們退房！我們趕了這麼遠的路過來，這個點本來就很疲憊了，第二天還要去景點遊玩，無奈之下，我們又開了一間房！空調開起來，有響聲，枕套上有發黴的黑點！第二天，果斷換酒店。老闆服務不行，下次不會再去！
