進停車場的時候一個無牌貨車擋住了進口，保安不在，等了幾分鐘才解決。退房走的時候，一個電動汽車擋住了出口出不去，等了十來分鐘。保安是個七十歲左右的老頭，説土話的，衹叫我們等，不解決問題。打電話給前台，一個經理跑過來，還是花了點時間才弄好。我説要給差評，她表示無所謂，那麼就如她所願吧。

酒店前台服務非常周到，特別是姜倩和餘雙兩位小姐姐，我的要求都能得到及時的滿足，給我留下了非常好的印象。酒店的環境很美，建築設計也非常的別具一格，讓人感到心曠神怡。酒店的房間以及建身房都非常注重保護客人私隱，住的很舒服很安心，很值得推薦。

這次住在千島湖西南角的汾口，算是圓了自己長久以來的夢。酒店很高，在周邊建築的掩映下份外矚目， 酒店有自己的停車場，但高德導航不顯示，就在酒店邊上。房間也比較新，現在是淡季，第二天早餐我幾乎是獨享，雖不豐盛，但也夠了。這裏還有個特點，晚上警察👮會來查房，身為良民，直接交出🆔回答問題就可以了，沒問題。

非常好的入住體驗，衞生乾淨，房間很舒適温馨，都是智能化。周邊吃飯購物停車也方便，特別是前台小姐姐姜倩和項蘭還有餘雙服務熱情周到，有什麼問題都能及時的處理。下次來一定還會入住開元名庭酒店。

盼了這麼久，汾口終於有一家好一點的酒店啦！位置很不錯，還這麼便宜！清明節貌似也沒漲價。以後每年環湖騎行，就可以毫不猶豫選這家了。希望不要漲價
設施：開元名庭，設施沒得説
衞生：挺好的，房間新裝修沒得説，清明大暴雨也沒見大堂臟亂
環境：作為汾口鎮最高建築，有高層景觀哦。圖一是酒店 9 樓拍的，其他是騎行路上拍的。
服務：能讓把自行車放進房間、能寄存自行車在前台，就值得五星好評。希望以後能開發一項千島湖市中心與汾口之間的有償行李/自行車託運服務，這樣就能完美解決騎行人的後顧之憂。謝謝！感恩！

前台業務很差，服務意識幾乎沒有。站在前台不説辦理入住，不會有人理你的。
酒店也不算新開的了，房間空氣依然很差，氣味很重，開窗通風麼窗户又衹能開10cm左右，加上紗窗的阻擋通風效果幾乎沒有的。
wifi不能用，連上了也是沒有網絡。
最讓人無法接受的是給小朋友洗澡，洗一半才發現熱水很黃很黃，（上一個小朋友自己洗的沒有第一時間發現），趕緊電話前台，才告知熱水閥出問題了在維修，讓等待。這太氣人了，熱水有問題不怎麼不早點通知顧客呢！還是顧客打電話詢問才得知的。國慶期間的氣温已經吃不消用冷水洗澡了，洗一半衹能停下不洗。説是一個小時能修好，兩小時才來熱水，期間等不及用涼水洗漱睡覺了。這晚前台電話被顧客打爆了。
早餐品種有點少，拌麪竟然放辣油，問了餐廳服務員，説是不吃辣要提前説的，我倒是沒想到拌麪也放辣的。心想常規拌麪都不放辣吧，這還成自己的問題了。
酒店因為開在路邊，樓下是大排檔燒烤攤，噪音會有點大的。無法接受噪音的顧客慎選！
