The room is clean and tidy, with all furniture, kitchen and bathroom facilities, facing the beautiful scenery of Qiandao Lake. The host is very enthusiastic, and some of the attractions recommended are very good. highly recommended

我們一家四口（帶一老一小外加一衹小泰迪都很滿意：車子開到小區地下停車場（有專門停車位）直達電梯12樓，進門就感覺房間很大（起碼80+平方）關鍵收拾得很乾凈，（15歲的女兒有潔癖找了幾圈沙發愣是沒找到一根頭髮絲哈哈哈）兩居一廳的房間非常有居家親切感，老母親很喜歡！兩張一米八大床很舒服，（就是床墊對於長者來説有點軟）大陽台觀湖景也是超預期（正對水上樂園）有大大的晾衣桿洗漱曬衣真的很方便，還有絕對的寵物友好（早晚可以在小區裏溜達）這點我特別喜歡！周邊早餐店去各景點都很方便，非常適合家庭出遊！性價比超高人均100+！女兒在邊上的阿爾法城的玻璃工坊燒了兩個小時的手工玻璃，太開心了！（燒玻璃價格比杭州便宜太多）真是不虛此行！本來想多住一晚，但是房間都訂滿了，房東也是非常給力，各種景點門票都能提供預訂，還能打折哈哈哈，去九龍溪漂流、大嶼山還有遊湖登島都非常方便，下次還會再住！

湖景景色超美，一家人進去就是哇塞哇塞，陽台很開闊，可以看到夕陽，房間裏也能看到山景，陰天晴天景色都非常美。帶着狗狗可以住到這麼舒服的發房子很幸運👍
衞生：衞生非常乾淨，比大多數酒店都要乾淨的多
設施：房間設施也很齊全，一改過去對民宿不好的印象哈哈

一點都不乾淨差得很，水一開都流出來的是黃色的，床單被套也是那種家用的自己的，第一住這麼差的，電梯味道大的很，環境不好，也就一個，一個物理衹能來一個
