Good location, a lot of store nearby (walking distance) the building is a bit old and some of facilities is not working properly, but the staff was nice and willing to help 24/7

The staff were smiling and friendly. The room was clean. The bedsheets had a slight stain similar to blood stains. The room is a bit old, not soundproof, some furniture is damaged and hasn't been repaired yet. The water flow is very weak. I want it to be improved.

The hotel is close to the train station, 10-15 minutes on foot. The room was clean and spacious. The staff is friendly and responsive. It was a very clean, large room although I could hear our neighbors through the bathroom vents (luckily, my parents were on one side, my daughters on the other). It was cute that they provided a hotpot and milo so we could sample that and also eat some mama cup o noodles. Breakfast wasn’t appealing to my kids’ American appetites - there wasn’t even any fruit. But it was reasonably priced and we only stayed there b/c the Novotel lost power (and I’m not sure the Novotel would’ve been much better!) No soap provided in the bathroom btw!
