Other details to note: We follow enhanced cleaning protocols between stays, focusing on high-touched surfaces. The home has central Heat/AC to maintain a comfortable temperature year-round. Please note that this is a family-friendly neighborhood, so quiet hours must be observed, especially at night. Please reach out to us prior to booking if you’re having any kind of event, as pre-approval and extra fees are required. Pool heating is available up to 82°F for $150 per day. Note: Pricing reflects current SDGE utility rates. Spa heating is always complimentary :) A pet fee of $100 per pet applies for up to two small dogs and covers the deep cleaning measures we take after check-out. There is an extra guest fee of $50 per night per guest which applies after 10 guests. Arrangements for early check-in/late check-out must be made at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability.
