The room smelled like carpet. However, for safety reasons, the windows could not be opened. There was no ventilation.
Small toiletries were provided.
The front desk staff were very friendly. The breakfast was simple.

Breakfast was too simple, with few flavors of instant cereal, donuts, and bread. Just coffee and milk.
There was no cleaning sign in the room, so I stayed for 3 nights and didn't come to clean it for a whole day. You might as well help me save a tip.
The air conditioning in the room was too powerful. Since the bedding was either a quilt or a simple blanket, I didn't turn on the air conditioning.
The water from the faucet of the basin in the room was too small, so I couldn't even wash my face.
Since it is the admission season, I can tolerate the price. Otherwise it's really not worth it. It is far worse than the Hanting in China.

I have stayed for 3 nights comfortably. I needed to stay one more night and made a reservation. Then this morning I found bug bites on my neck and arm. I have checked out and they will not give me a different room.
But I have paid for a room tonight with Sure Stay of Best Western
I am happy staying there one more night which I've already paid for, but I need to be in a different room.

This hotel is very clean, the staff are very friendly and service is great. However, the only reason I chose it, was the high ratings. It is definitely not an 8+ property as it is in need of some updating. The room I was in was the smallest hotel room I have ever stayed in. The bed was ok. Definitely old, but they added a topper to it so it wasn't terrible to sleep on. The breakfast was all packaged items. I give the staff and service a 10...but the hotel itself is a 6.

Claustrophobics beware
I could hear tv from next door, but what was shocking was the teeny tiny room size. There was a huge closet but trying to get comfortable was difficult with all the mirrors, walls closing in and noise. There was barely enough room to walk around. Maybe more like a room on a train or plane than a hotel.

The people who work here are nice and the room and lobby are clean. The gym has broken equipment and a water dispenser with no water. While clean, the common areas could benefit from proactive touch ups and upgrades.

Staff was nice.
I feel that the rooms could use a lamp. Maybe bedside.
Also there were 4 options for cereal. 3 of those were sugary varieties. I think you should have 2 non sugar options. I also think the exterior needs to be power washed or painted. The main sign could use an update. looks old.
Overall it was a nice place to stay.
