Clean and quiet hotel with lovely staff. Beautiful location for a short stay with great restaurants close to the hotel and also close to the beach. We enjoyed our stay there. Highly recommend!

The price was a bit more than expected (according to some comments), but very well located. The room was far from the road so it was quiet. Only one bad inconvenient: the smell of the room was not fresh.

We just wanted somewhere cheap to stay to explore Christchurch and surrounding areas and this was perfect. There is no parking but if your comfortable walking we parked near the church and walked through the town

Very clean room, good and comfortable stay but the room was smelling heavy smoking. Travelodge needs to upgrade bathroom vents for their whole hotels. Toilet smells get trap inside of the room.

Very poor customer service. No sugar. The toilet was very poor quality. The shower was not good and also there is no soap in dispenser, customer service were not helpful

Clean, comfortable & central. Just be aware that this location doesn't have a bar or restaurant but it is in the town centre so those amenities are close by.

The hotel is in a good position for visiting Christchurch with restaurants Pubs shopping and parking on your doorstep it was ruined by pillows that were foam and had no give in them your head was at 60 degrees slope the beds were very hard and made our legs ache Whatever you do bring your own pillows

I'm a frequent Travelodge user for short breaks all over the country and, so far, the Christchurch Hotel has been the best I've visited. It is ideally placed, very clean, modern and the staff were very friendly.

I love this hotel I have Rebooked again and again helpful friendly. Clean spacious rooms been in various rooms due rebooking. Cleaning crew very helpful friendly Sarah in particular really helped me. I can’t recommend enough 10/10
