Christchurch Christchurch Central Hotels

This hotel is beyond expectation. Very well located, next to the art center and botanic garden. We took short 10 minute walk to city center. Parking on hotel properties is extra 25 NZD but worth it. Room has enough space for family of four. Beds were comfy. Room not very sound proofed but luckily the area and hotel guests were not noisy at all.

A newly renovated hotel with friendly staff. It is within walkable distance to the CBD, Park and the Casino. Rooms are spacious and clean. The staff are also friendly and there's a restaurant downstairs which is opened to late. Highly recommend and will come back again!

Ibis Christchurch in great location! So easy to walk out to city centre. Christchurch a great city, riverside market was great for eateries of every nation. Lots of shopping GREEN LIPPEDmussels.are a must try for seafood lovers..

Excellent staff service..had s problem with toilet not flushing and so they put me in another room across the hallway...very friendly. Good restaurant and bar service

We added a one day stop in Christchurch to enjoy a little of the city before our flight home. So happy we did and chose this hotel to be close to walk to most places. Checking un was fast and convenient and rooms although a little old were still well kept and super comfortable. I love that New Zealand gives fresh milk for morning tea or coffee. We were lucky to get the city on a holiday so was super quiet and lots of markets and events on. Definitely recommended as a 1-2 night stay. Make sure to checkout the cool food market too.

Everything was fantastic. Location, service, cleanliness, and the fact that you have washer and dryer in apartment was great thank you. The only thing we would recommend is that you sharpen the sharp knives regularly as these were very blunt but apart from that we would definitely recommend quest cathedral apartments! The unit is complete with 1 bedroom with ensuite bathroom, kitchen and living hall. Washer and dryer is hidden behind cabinet at the kitchen area. Kitchen is fully functional with induction stove(depending on which unit you being assigned), microwave and all utensils needed to cook a complate meal. The best part is the bus stop right opposite Fino has bus to airport no. 29. You may pay in cash or debit/credit card ( not all buses has this). A trip to airport by cash is NZD4 for adult and NZD2 for kids above 5. Below 5 is free.

My trip to this hotel is awesome. Everything is great. It is near to town and eating places. Sparkling clean and helpful staff. Highly recommended hotel.

Pros: Fairly clean and comfortable. The washer and dryer in the bathroom worked great. Walking distance to the city. However: the housekeeping quality standards are inconsistent. I only requested housekeeping twice during my four-night stay. The first time was perfect and impeccable, but the second time the cleaning staff did not replenish the toilet paper and the bedside table was not put back after being moved. I called the person on duty at night to ask for new toilet paper, but he said that the room service had gone off duty and I had to wait until the next morning...

We stop by for a night before continuing our drive. It was a smooth checked in. No hiccups. Great one night stay.
