The room was clean and tidy. Bed was comfortable. The restaurant food was great, but getting the wrong meal was a little disappointing. Having to wait for the second meal meant that we both eat separately. The service was fine. The decor was very interesting. The outside at the bad could be cleaned up. Looked a little run down out the back. Weeds, cobwebs over the buildings and rubbish around

Close to the airport, suitable for people who want to catch an early flight the next day. Far from the city, no one is around, a bit scary. The most important disadvantage is that there is no elevator.

The hotel has history, is close to the New Zealand Air Force Museum, has convenient parking, but the room is small

Because I checked in very late. But the hotel staff is very nice. I know we haven't had dinner yet. Specifically asked the kitchen to wait for us. Otherwise we would go to bed hungry.

The room is relatively small, there is no elevator, it looks like it was renovated from a dormitory, and the price/performance ratio is low.

The facilities in the room are not satisfactory. I booked a second room for a family, but there is no table in the room, and everything can only be placed on the floor.

Always stay here as comfortable, quiet and the staff are fantastic. Love the new menu.The only thing I would suggest is more TV channels- sky movies or chromecast available on the tv's in the bedrooms.

Loved the fact it was originally the NZ air force officers mess. A beautiful 1930's building with lots of original features. Nice staff and recently updated
