I have communicated with Ctrip customer service, booked the wrong hotel, and asked Ctrip customer service to discuss refund with the hotel. I have already explained that the reason is that the hotel name is the same, the address is wrong, and no refund will be given. Do you think this is not the overlord clause? A friendly reminder to everyone: Don’t book the wrong hotel when you are out.

The staffs are very accommodating, the shuttle driver is very kind and cool, being a foreign in this country you could feel the warm welcoming, giving ideas and places more relaxing, room is clean and tidy, surely get back in this place in the future

Really good motel close to the airport. Friendly check in. Spotlessly clean room and bathroom also. Bed comfy and electric blankets with individual controls on each side if needed. Nice shower and good pressure. Would stay again. Thanks!

Very friendly staff who went the extra mile for us , delivering us to the airport earlier than normal at an ungodly hour in the morning and appreciated coming into a warm motel unit on a freezing cold day. Room was clean and tidy. Would definitely stay again.

A great place to stay if travelling overseas, you can leave your vehicle there while away and they have an early morning shuttle service to the airport for flights. Access to your room when back in Christchurch is a breeze as well from Jeff and Naomi plus a mean breakfast Kathy &Phil

Amazing people , we called at 2am after being in hospital needing an urgent stay and they helped us so much , the room.was super clean and nice , amazing price and the staff were amazing, they also shuttled us to the airport for $2 . We are so grateful and will definitely stay again

Exceptionally clean and well appointed motel unit. Heatpump and electric blanket much appreciatd at this time of the year! Handy location and surprisingly quiet given it is only 1 back from the busy main road. Very friendly and helpful hosts. On site parking.

Great stay, the owners were away and the lady looking after the motel was fabulous. She was really helpful and kind and even drove me to the airport at 4:30 am in the morning! Great spot to stay if you are arriving or leaving fro the airtport. Comfortabe room, reaspoanble rate, convenient location, I gladly recommend this facility and service to other travellers.
