Only slight issue as I was not aware that booking of this room had the toilet outside of the room.
Door is not sound proof, often woken up by housekeeping cleaning the toilet before sunrise

Twin room. Bed was firm, room was clean and super pleasant. Shared bathroom was clean and looked nice.
Location of this hotel is perfect.
Hotel is tidy and modern. Close to public transport and easy stroll to city center.

The room is very clean and tidy and comfy, very near to the town area and is easy accessible by bus from airport.

We booked a family room and it was split into two floors where the top level had the big bed and the lower level had the twin beds, which worked well for elderly travelers. The interior was stylish and clean. Kitchen was well equipped with a dishwasher and a range hood. Wish they could've provided ice. The only big downside was the parking situation where despite having a big carpark, they charge NZ$20+ extra for overnight parking.

This hotel is beyond expectation. Very well located, next to the art center and botanic garden. We took short 10 minute walk to city center. Parking on hotel properties is extra 25 NZD but worth it. Room has enough space for family of four. Beds were comfy. Room not very sound proofed but luckily the area and hotel guests were not noisy at all.

good location. we were there on the 1st day we visited Christchurch. then go to get the rent a car in another day. reduce the score a bit from Parking, need to pay.
