Its location is nice, walking distance to most of the tourist spots. But it takes 15mins to walk to the nearest intercity bus stop.
The room is warm and cozy, the environment is good.

Booked a bed in a dorm room, pretty convenient and clean. The bathroom was clean and fresh. The location is right across the art center. Everything is in walking distance. The staffs were kind and helpful. Minus point is that they didn’t provide tooth paste brush. Overall, I would love to stay at Give Hotel again someday. ☺️

Hotel is very nice and easy access to all location. The art gallery is just next door and full of tourists. Front desk customer service is friendly and helpful. The hotel have a common kitchen and allow you to cook your meal. Kitchen open hour from 7am to 10pm. Besides that, also have hot water. We booked a deluxe room that have 2 divide room with 1 toilet. So is allowed more space for us to pack our luggage.

Comfortable and hygienic hostel located in Christchurch town centre, just opposite to the botanic garden. Overall a very pleasant and affordable stay in NZ

The worst experience I ever have in a hotel:
1. Unclear information about the room: I booked a classic room in a hotel with images about bathroom inside however I received a room with a shared bathroom and the reception complained me because did not read the detailed information inside the collapsed section???
2. The hotel and their staffs requests me to provide my card information to follow their procedures although it is not mentioned in hotel policy in trip.com. They explained that it will be charged in case the room has issues after check-out. I did not agree with that and suggested that using cash deposit instead but they did not accept and did not allow me to check in?
3. Hotel staff is very rude and I even remember his name as Sameera
4. The room in night is very loudy because of the sound of banging on the door and the sound of opening and closing the shared bathroom door next to our bedroom.
