The old gentleman at the front desk was very enthusiastic, polite and took the initiative to introduce the attractions of Christchurch. The hotel was convenient and there was a small electric heater in the bedroom. The bed was very comfortable and it was close to the city, which was good.

The room is relatively new, the bedding is relatively comfortable, and it is a little far from the city.

There is a parking space and a small kitchen in the room. It is very close to the botanical garden and can be walked. You can drive to New World to buy and cook for yourself. The room is very quiet and the hygiene is also good

The owner is very enthusiastic, the items are complete and clean, the location is good and it is close to the botanical garden. It is worth recommending

Great accommodation near the centre of Christchurch with easy access to botanic gardens, city centre and super restaurants. Stopped for one night January 2024. The room was of a large size with a comfortable bed and clean bathroom. Tea and coffee making facilities and proper milk provided on arrival. The man and lady were both very friendly. I didn’t read the confirmation properly which meant we were a bit late checking out (check out is 10am!) but they were understanding. Very handy for the airport as the bus stop isn’t far away. Hagley Park and the city centre are also easily accessed from here. Good off-road parking for those driving too. We had a very good breakfast at Affogato Cafe down the road. Well recommend this hotel.

We have stayed at this property many times. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The rooms are immaculately cleaned. There is no heat pump or air conditioner in the room, it’s the only thing I can fault with this motel. It is quite hot in Summer, but they do provide a good cooling fan.

Comfortable and clean. Conveniently located for Christchurch city. Good information provided about dining and sightseeing etc.

This unit was comfortable, quiet, clean and roomy. The bed was comfortable. The little kitchenette in the unit met our needs of being self-sufficient. Off street parking. Lots of shops, attractions and restaurants within walking distance. The host was so friendly and helpful. He made recommendations of which walking route to take to encompass all the local attractions we wanted to see.

This motel unit was just wonderful. Easy walking distance to shops, parks and attractions. Comfortable, quiet and clean. Host was friendly and helpful regarding local map and recommended directions to attractions etc. Off street parking. Reasonable price to stay. Small well equipped kitchenette allowed us to prepare our own meals. Would recommend this motel to others or stay here again if we were in Christchurch.

Large room, VERY comfortable bed, clean and very spacious bathroom with lots of hot water. Well equipped small kitchenette. Quiet and convenient location near center city and supermarkets, not far from airport. Well kept and courteous attendants.
