We stay at the Adelphi regularly. The hosts are very helpful and friendly, location is great, decor is modern, units are well set up and layed out. Bedding is very comfortable and always presented to the highest standard. A stay at the Adelphi is good value.

There are A LOT of hotel options in Christchurch. Dozens on the same street as The Adelphi alone. But we were SO pleased with our choice. Check-in was fast and friendly. The room was immaculate. It included a washer and dryer. Wow! Very convenient to central Christchurch. This family-owned business is way above par. The attention to detail was fantastic. Highly recommend.

Have stayed here many times now as the hosts are friendly and accomodating. The rooms are newly updated, spacious, clean, and comfortable.Bathroom is large with full size shower ( not over the bath) I cannot fault any of my stays at Adelphi and will be returning again

Have stayed various times over the last 6-8 months including long stay when family member very unwell in hospital. Erin and family very compassionate, friendly and caring. Enjoyed stay in the various rooms over that time which are spacious and clean with all the essentials you need. Beds also very comfortable due to quality of matress. Will continue to stay when in CHCH. Regards Steve

We’ve stayed for a couple of nights when visiting family in Christchurch, absolutely wonderful decoration and all the facilities and appliances in the room you could possibly wish for. The location is very conveniently close to the centre and is an ideal starting point to navigate a good part of Christchurch from. To top all of this off, the owners have all the attention to specific wishes and are helpful in every way they can. We’ve felt so welcome and would absolutely return, probably for a longer stay next time.

We have stayed at the Adelphi twice now and have had excellent stays. The location is great - close to Merivale and the City - the rooms are newly renovated, clean and well appointed. Erin and her team are great hosts and very welcoming and accommodating. Great value for money and definitely my go to when staying in Christchurch.

The rooms are so very clean, and lots of room to have families of for in their 2 bedroom units. Beds are so lovely, showers and bathrooms are so clean, kitchen is well equipped with what you need, the kitchen is also so very clean. Erin and her family are so very lovely pleasure people to deal with so friendly and fo our of there way to look after you. Has on site parking which is off the main busy road. Very central to evey where in christchurch. Nice and quiet, like a home away from some, great value for the price. You won't be disappointed
