Nice, refurbished rooms, 3 big beds, enough space for a family of 5. 2 TVs in each unit, fully equipped kitchen, microwave and fridge. Bathroom with plenty of hot water. Owner is a nice chap. We stayed here for 2 nights in 2 rooms last week, we were satisfied.

Location was good, close to CBD(within walking distance). Very quiet area. Room very clean, and well supplied (although an extra pice of cutlery each would’ve been nice). Friendly staff. Parking on site available. Balcony for afternoon sun and relax.

Curtains don’t go across the whole window and not properly hung so comes off the rails, Plenty of ants/rubbish/cigarette butts at the front door of our room not very welcoming. Bare minimal towels/tea towel in the room, portacot was disgusting !!! Broken frame and mould on the mattress!!! Have sent photos to manager ! This is appalling ! Also no appropriate cot bedding (using double sheets). Not one smoke alarm in our room! All 4 of us had black feet the carpet is very dirty. Would not recommend for a family !

I've stayed here many, many times over the years as it was a great place, ticked all the boxes but unfortunately it has dramatically gone downhill. 1. Kitchen, bathroom mirror and bedroom lights didn't work and we're covered in thick dust. 2. Heat pump has not been maintained in a very long time and despite being as high as can go the room was still cold, I left it running while I was at the hospital incase my father was discharged after a surgery to try and get some warmth for him and when I returned someone had come in and turned all heating off, being 4° outside it was freezing. Really unhappy. At night it was so cold but the single bed electric blanket didn't work either. 3. Cleanliness has gone downhill, information sheet dirty and sicky and that's the easiest to clean. Ants in the kitchen when I went to make a coffee, nice surprise. Laying in the bath you could see the underside of the toilet bowl was covered in you don't want to know what and the bathroom sink was blocked, taking forever to drain while brown stuff floated around in it.. Noticed the floor hadn't been vacuumed either. They do come and change your rubbish bags though. I've never stayed anywhere with so many faulty or broken items and lack of care to cleaning or guests. Really sad as I loved this place and reccomended it to everyone, now we won't be back.

Where do I begin 🤔 Walls were filthy Kitchen appliances had cooking oil smeared on them. Tea towel had holes and was grey and stained. Light bulbs were blown Had to ask for more toilet paper. Ants were crawling over kitchen bench in the morning Sofa stained and uncomfortable. Beds like rocks. Unit smells and feels damp. Heat pump wasn't working, checked filters and they were filthy so had to clean them to get warmth. Had to get unit cleaned as when we arrived there were crumbs and gravel on carpet and brown muck on cupboard doors. Curtains are missing hooks and don't cover windows adequately. Walls are covered in dirty marks and makeup in places. Light switches and skirting boards are disgusting. It's shared parking but management allowed campervan to park right in front of our door blocking entrance. They could have parked on their side so we had access to our door. The toilet paper is the the cheapest crap available and so thin you need half a roll each time and we only had 1 and a half rolls for 3 adults for 3 days, so I had to get more. Absolutely rubbish and don't believe the good reviews. Also had to ask for plates as unit had 3 guests and we only had two dinner plates. The photos are not realistic, more than likely about 10 years old because that's how bad the state of things are. Cleaning is not their forte 😕.

Visited this motel with my family of 5. Booked 2 bedroom apartment. 1. 2 single bed in 1 room. 1 queen size in another room. 1 single bed in the living room. Not sure why is there a single bed in the living room. Dont make sense to have a bed in the living room. 2. Wifi is not working for 95% of the time. It do not require password to log in. Even when you are connected, you cant go online and the signal will drop off after a few mins. 3. 2 of the heaters provided are not working. Few of the lights are not working too. Whole living room looks dim. 4. Only provided 4 sets of utensil despite that we had paid for 5 person. 5. Room looks very run-down and dirty. 6. No lock on the toilet door. it is not damaged or etc. Just no lock. 7. The sofa is dirty too......2 of us have bites on our back after sitting on it. 8. Good selection of TV programme as a TV box is provided. 9. Pretty central location.

Easy & friendly check-in & good location but it had ants in the kitchen & bathroom in our unit. I said to my hubby lucky I'm not high maintenance or I'd walk out! Looks like the bathroom has been done up, great shower with excellent water pressure. Very clean apart from the ants just super dated apart from the bathroom. Please chuck out / replace the ripped up mat at the door & use some **** killer on the paths!!
