We are happy to assist with the following, but it must be requested at the time of booking; - Free off-street parking - Free use of the port-a-cot and high chair - Extra linen for use of the queen Ecosa sofa bed (additional cost for groups of 4 or less) - Early check in/late check out (additional cost and subject to availability) Entire property with access via an electronic keypad for easy check in/out. We kindly ask that the property is left in a respectful condition. Our cleaner is amazing however if the house is left in an excessively untidy state, extra fees may apply. Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside, and no parties. Please be respectful of other residents.
