Very clean room and we were attended by two receptionists upon check in; one of them was kind to help us to carry our luggage to the room. Ample parking.

Handy location. Room was clean and tidy. Shower small, few toiletries, no face cloths, no opportunities for recycling. Only saw one staff member, (manager I think). He was friendly. A welcome bonus was the smart TV, but you had to lie on the bed to view, so the sofa (comfortable) was of little use.

Clean well equipped room. Lovely friendly helpful owners.Near to park for walks and lots of bars and. eating places.Bus stop outside gate for easy access to frequent service to city and other places.

We recently stayed at this motel and unfortunately had a disappointing experience overall. When we arrived, the cleanliness was not up to standard. The bins had not been emptied from the previous guests, and there was dirty toilet paper left in the toilet, which was quite off-putting. The water temperature was also very inconsistent and difficult to regulate, making showers uncomfortable. On our second day, our beds were not made, which added to the feeling that housekeeping was lacking. Additionally, the TV had limited functionality - only YouTube seemed to work, and other features or channels were unavailable. On a more positive note, the location was a strong point. It’s situated in a great area close to the city, with plenty of good shops and amenities nearby, which made getting around very convenient. Overall, while the location was good, the cleanliness and maintenance issues really impacted our stay. With better attention to housekeeping and basic amenities, this could be a much better place to stay.

Decent comfortable room and layout, good location near Hagley Park end of Riccarton. WiFi was slow and patchy though.

An older style motel but looks like motel units are being refurbished. It’s a handy location and quiet.

Rooms were ok, there was no hot water for a shower the first night and Luke warm water the next. The staff however were very friendly and approachable. Plus you are close to mall.

Wonderful location -- including 24-h coffee across the road, near parks, shopping, etc. Lovely, clean place, good value, lovely hosts.

the room was very clean, good costumer service, and unexpected daily room service was also good.. My only issue was bed was too hard for me but that is just me not liking such a hard bed. I would stay again as close to shops and restaurants.
