What a great hotel, brilliant location, easy parking and great staff at reception and restaurant. Really smart rooms and comfortable lounge areas that allow you to relax. The staff are extremely helpful in advising on the city of Leon and always greet you with a smile.

We have been sightseeing in the area and reserved this Melia with great expectations. I’m afraid Mr Escarrer would be a bit disappointed. On the plus side, the receptionists were really friendly and attentive, with the right helpful attitude. We could say the same about the staff in the cafeteria. The downside was the quality of the food in the cafeteria/bar/restaurant. Frozen chips in a Melia? The chicken fingers to pick at seemed to be a chicken escalope sliced and refried, making it dry and tasteless. Perhaps the menu ought to be relooked at because the premises are really nice. The room was fine although having to go to a vending machine in the lobby to get your minibar products kind of defeats the purpose of a minibar in the room. Breakfast was adequate although not what you expect from a hotel advertised as a Melia affiliate. All on all, a “pass” thanks to the staff.

Super friendly staff, clean modern rooms, big clean garage with direct access, great buffet breakfast with plenty of gluten free etc options. Comfy beds, easy to find, I can't fault this place and it's in a lovely town with tonnes to do. 20 mins walk into town is not a problem.

Covid restrictions handled very well indeed. Staff very helpful when I needed to print UK Passenger Locator Forms - full marks In more unrestricted times, it would be easier to appreciate fully the facilities of this hotel. Restaurant closed. (covid restriction)

Hotel situado a 20 minutos caminando de la catedral. Amplias instalaciones, enorme cama de matrimonio, amplio baño. Limpieza bien. Desayuno buffet más que suficiente. Dispone de parking precio 12 euros al día. Se puede aparcar fácilmente alrededor del hotel. Buena atención en recepción. Precio con desayuno 72 euros habitación doble. Buena opción en León

Hotel molto buono anche se risente vagamente del tempo trascorso. Spazi comuni un po’ scarsi, non ci sono tavolini dove poter scrivere o leggere. Personale molto gentile (cambio di camera al volo, verso le 23.30, perché aria condizionata rotta). Letti comodi, stanze silenziose, aria condizionata non proprio efficacissima ma comunque bene. Colazione buona. Una richiesta: per favore un po’ di pane fresco, non solo congelato. Parcheggio a disposizione per € 12.00/notte.

Vas al hotel y no paras de oir ruidos, nada insonorizado, no se descansa. He ido varias veces por su situación que me venía bien, pero ahora prefiero andar más y descansar por la noche en otro hotel . Desayuno más que justito, no merece la pena..

Lo único malo del hotel es que está un poco alejado del centro para ir andando al centro, a 20 minutos. El resto, el precio, la atención, la habitación, el mobiliario, la cama, es sin duda excelente y lo recomiendo sin duda para un fin de semana en León.
