Sunrise Choshi

The location is close to the station, but you have to go into an alley, so it can be a little dark. The staff was friendly, but the cleaning was a bit lacking. It was non-smoking, but it smelled like cigarette smoke, so it was a little difficult. The bedding also seemed old. However, it was spacious for the price, and the lighting, atmosphere, and service were good, so overall, it was evaluated as good value for money.

The reservation method here is different for consecutive nights and non-consecutive nights, but the prices are the same. The hotel association's voluntary standards are not being complied with, as the multiple-night stay plan is described as being a great deal. I heard that this is a hotel where a person died in a fire, but the employees are sad. The customer service was a picture of seriousness. Never let your guard down. An attitude of not opening your heart to anyone. No matter how many times I talk to him, his attitude doesn't change. I think I'll stop going. The room looks clean, but the toilet smells and the plumbing smells. I don't know what it smells like. All the towels smell like sweat. It felt even more disgusting because there was no dirt where my eyes were. Because there is no way to deal with it. If you have a room on the parking lot side, please be aware that the parking lot lights are on until the morning. It is impossible for the installed curtains to scream out that light, so it leaks through. I understand that the lights are left on at night for security reasons, but the problem is that light leaks into rooms where the lights are off and the curtains are closed, and I don't see any room for improvement in those who don't think that's a problem. I guess this is a hotel that I've been working hard on for a long time, but that alone didn't satisfy my heart. Sorry, but there is no hope. Even though this was supposed to be a place where there were no people around, I felt the presence of people nearby. It's disgusting.

The Wi-Fi password is difficult to understand. I would like it to be visible somewhere, not in a drawer. Also, it was hot in the room, so I turned on the air conditioner to cool it down, but the cold air wasn't blowing out, so when I inquired, I was told that it couldn't be done due to the structure of the hotel. If that's the case, there should be an explanation. Or display it somewhere visible. The room was certainly clean, but I felt that basic services were not provided. I hope it improves as I stay there regularly.

This is my regular lodging in Choshi. It's getting more and more beautiful. The response from the front desk is also cheerful and good. Unfortunately, the restaurant was closed this time. I didn't want to go outside because of the sudden rain, so I thought I'd stay at the hotel for the night.It was a shame. Personally, I thought it would have been better if I had known this at the time of check-in or reservation. Thank you for your help again.
