The staff members are very attentive, great with children, and will help you for any of your needs. Each staff member come from varying backgrounds and found that several speak fluent English. Just to be outdoors was our main take away. Collecting leaves, looking for bugs, eating bbq outside. For the children: playing together, obstacle course/relay races, looking for insects, learning how to make fire and ice cream, a ninja course, the trampoline they always seem to go back to, wall climbing, pushing/ pulling the BUBby cart, craftsmaking, star watching, marshmallows at the fire pit, and doing a bit of ******* house play. For adults: Ax throwing, wall climbing, making green tea, art classes and crafts like working with wax and leather. And unlimited beverages at in the evening hours. As a first experience, we were really satisfied with everything they offered and will definitely go back when we have a chance!

Since reviews are forced, I will write the truth here. The activity staff could not speak to the children at their eye level, and spoke over their heads, which scared them. Also, they raised their voices so high that they couldn't understand what they were saying. Even if we greeted them, the staff (the ones wearing festival haori) who couldn't greet us left shy children behind. It was a hot day, and everyone used a lot of ice for shaved ice and juice, so the ice ran out... When I told the person who was taking away the dishes that there was no ice, an elderly woman came out from the kitchen? and apologized profusely for the lack of ice, and even apologized to my child on her knees. This was the only person who was so polite. When I asked the other people, especially the activity staff, various things, they just kept saying ``wait a moment'', and even when I waited for several minutes and finally heard the answer, I'm sorry to have kept you waiting. They are people who can't even say ``sorry to keep you waiting''. Although it's not something they do because there are a lot of young people, I would like them to have the minimum level of manners as long as they are taking money. I went there for my child, but there was only one older woman who looked my child in the eye and talked to him. I wish they would hire people who understand the feelings of children, rather than just young people. I don't think there will be a next time, but I hope they will grow in the future.

Bad points ・The stove didn't light well, and black smoke rose → We moved to another room (but it was after 11pm...) ・No detailed confirmation when paying. We made a reservation as a group, but the information we received from the organizer was different from the information we received from the management, so there was a big difference in the bill, and we argued. → It was crowded and difficult to pay, but since this is the most important part, they should have checked the details instead of just showing the amount. Good points ・Breakfast was delicious. I think dinner was also luxurious. ・There were so many activities for the kids, and time flew by without them getting bored. Everyone was raving about it, but from the outside I thought it was a very shady business. Can one adult really look after that many people? ! I mean... I don't think they have a license to be a childcare worker or anything. The kids enjoyed themselves, but personally I was worried that there would be some incidents or accidents.

I have visited Yatsugatake once. This is my second visit to Chosei. My children love this place, and if you have a vacation and travel, they say, "BUB is definitely the best!". Once you come, you will definitely want to come back. First of all, the hospitality of the crew is the best. If your child is alone, they will always talk to you and play with you. I think it's wonderful that they are considerate in many places. Children are shy and take time to get used to things, but that's not the case at BUB. The facility is a dome tent stay, and it's a pain for adults that there are no washbasins or toilets, but the shared shower room and toilet are clean and comfortable. As for meals, many of the activities are cooked, so you're always full, but local ingredients are used generously, and alcoholic drinks are all-you-can-drink, which is great for adults too. My children were very happy with the homemade hamburgers. As for activities, the children participated in the running around type, but there were also activities that adults could enjoy, so the whole family could enjoy. I will play again.

There were a lot of activities, which was great. I forgot about time from morning to night. The dinner was also filling and I was very satisfied with the delicious meat. The staff were kind and treated my children well, which left a good impression. It was the site of a former school, so I was looking forward to going to school at night because I was scared, and it was very exciting for me as a parent. There were activities for both rain and shine, so I think it was fun either way. The grounds were spacious, so I could run around and it was good exercise.

The children had a lot of fun playing with the crew members. There were many hands-on programs such as snowball fights, making New Year's dishes, and making soba noodles, so parents could enjoy them too. My son especially liked the survival game, and participated twice, on the first and second days. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious. The chicken curry and shrimp soup were excellent ^ ^ The weather was good, and the stars were beautiful at night. I would like to come again in the summer!

It's a facility where you can play a lot with your children using a large field, and children say they want to come again. They can exercise a lot, make things, roast marshmallows, etc. In the morning, they can play tag, ride on the back of the cart, and play, and there's a lot to do. The crew is very nice, so the children have fun. It's recommended for families with children, and it's also great to go with friends and family. Adults can drink all they want from 5pm, so you can relax and drink there.
