Wonderful place to be stayed at and time flies so fast ! Recommendable for any kind of families ! Exactly be back here again and hope to see the excellent crews here. Foods are also excellent and activities are so fun !

The staff members are very attentive, great with children, and will help you for any of your needs. Each staff member come from varying backgrounds and found that several speak fluent English. Just to be outdoors was our main take away. Collecting leaves, looking for bugs, eating bbq outside. For the children: playing together, obstacle course/relay races, looking for insects, learning how to make fire and ice cream, a ninja course, the trampoline they always seem to go back to, wall climbing, pushing/ pulling the BUBby cart, craftsmaking, star watching, marshmallows at the fire pit, and doing a bit of ******* house play. For adults: Ax throwing, wall climbing, making green tea, art classes and crafts like working with wax and leather. And unlimited beverages at in the evening hours. As a first experience, we were really satisfied with everything they offered and will definitely go back when we have a chance!

Incredible place!! Have stayed here multiple times with kids and they never want to leave. Bilingual staff go above and beyond to make your glamping experience an amazing one. Food is delicious, all facilities are sparkling clean and activities for all ages! Highly highly highly recommend this place!

I've been to several glamping facilities so far, but I think this is the best for kids! Most of the staff are families, so you can feel safe spending time with your children. There were so many activities it was hard to choose. It was a very intense two days and both parents and children were very satisfied! I think it's a great value for money because you can experience so much, eat delicious food, and I'll definitely come back again ⭐︎The contents of the event change all the time, so I want to come every season!

口コミは強制的に書かされるので、ここで、本当の事を書きます。 アクティビティ係は、子どもの目線で話が出来ず、子どもの頭の上から言葉をかけるので怖がっていた。また、声を張りすぎて何を言っているかわからない。こちらが挨拶をしても、挨拶が出来ない従業員(お祭りの半被を着た方)引っ込み思案の子どもは置いて行かれます。 暑い日で、皆さん、かき氷やジュースの氷を沢山使っていたら、氷切れに… 食器を下げる所の方に、氷がない事を伝えたたら、キッチン？から年配の女性が出て来て、今、氷がない事を深々お詫びして頂き、うちの子にも、膝まついて、謝っていました。ここまでちゃんとして頂いたのは、この方だけでした。 その他の方、特にアクティビティ係の方に、色々と聞いても、ちょっと待って下さいばかりで、何分も待ってやっと答えが聞けても、お待たせしました。すら言えない人達です。若い方々が多いからしたかないとはいえ、お金をとっている以上は、最低限のマナーは出来ていてほしいです。子どもの為に行きましたが、子どもの目を見てお話しをしてくれたのは、年配の女性ただ1人しかいませんでした。 若い方ばかりを揃えるのではなく、子ども達の気持ちをわかっている方を揃えてほしいですね。 次は無いと思いますが、これからの成長を期待してます。

悪かった点 ・ストーブのつきが悪く、黒煙が上がる→一応別の部屋へチェンジ(でも23時すぎ…) ・お会計の時の細かな確認がない。団体で予約したが、幹事から聞いていた情報と運営側から聞いた情報が違い、お会計に大きな差があり、もめる。 →お会計は混雑して大変そうだったが、一番肝心なところなので、金額を提示するだけじゃなく、細かい確認をすべき。 良かった点 ・朝食が美味しい。夕食も豪華だったと思う。 ・子供はとにかくアクテビティが満載で、あきることなくあっという間に時が過ぎる みなさん絶賛してるけど、すごくグレーな事業だよな〜と側からみて思いました。大人一人で本当にその人数見られてんの？！っていう…保育士とかの免許もないだろうしなー。 子供は楽しんでましたが、個人的にはそのうち事件とか事故にならないか不安になりました。

八ヶ岳は1回訪問。今回は長生2回目の訪問です。子供がとにかく大好きな場所で、お休みで旅行とあらば、「絶対にBUBがいい！」と言われるほどです。一回来たらリピート必須になる魅力のある施設です。 まず、クルーのホスピタリティが最高です。子供が1人でいれば必ず声を掛け、一緒に遊んでくれます。色々なところに気遣いを感じられ、素晴らしいと思います。子供は人見知りで慣れるのに時間がかかるタイプですが、BUBでは違います。 施設はドームテント泊で、大人としては洗面とトイレがないのは辛いところですが、共同のシャワー室とお手洗いが清潔で快適に過ごせます。 お食事は、アクティビティでも作る系が多く常にお腹いっぱい状態ですが、地元の食材をふんだんに利用されて、アルコールドリンクも飲み放題で大人にも嬉しい限りです。子供は手作りハンバーガーをとても喜んでました。 アクティビティも子供は走り回る系に参加してましたが、大人は大人で楽しめるアクティビティがあり、家族全員楽しめます。 また遊びに行きます。

アクティビティがたくさんあって良かった。 朝から晩まで時間を忘れます。 夕食もボリュームがありお腹いっぱいに食べれるし美味しいお肉で満足です。 スタッフも親切で子供に優しく接してくれるし良い印象でした。 学校の跡地と言うこともあり夜の学校が怖くて楽しみで親からしてみてもワクワクかわたまらなかった。 雨天と晴れのアクティビティがありどちらでも楽しめたと思います。 敷地内が広く、走りまわれて良い運動にもなりました。

子どもたちにとって最高の２日でした！ 小学 1年生の娘はもちろん、２歳の娘もたくさん遊んでいただき、とても楽しんでいました。 体験の合間にも時間さえあれば、虫取りや水遊びやラジオ体操にスタンプ押しなどたくさんの遊びがあり、飽きる時間もなくやるまで遊び倒しました。 ご飯も美味しく、シャワーも快適でした。また季節を変えて行きたいと思います！ 今回はベルテントだったのですが、次はドームやコテージに泊まりたいです。
