The only positive about this hotel is its location. Everything else was a terrible experience. We were charged €1,100 for two rooms, but the service was nowhere near what you would expect for that price. The hotel is understaffed, poorly maintained, and the breakfast was inedible with coffee that was undrinkable. The staff were impolite and even refused to help us with our luggage despite the high rates we paid. My honest advice: avoid this hotel.

A fabulous hotel, with only 2 storey villa style buildings all clustered around a large picturesque pool. Our room was just 10 steps from the pool, with a lovely individual outside terrace. The rooms are very comfortable and spacious. The hotel staff are very welcoming and helpful and the staff at the pool bar and breakfast are very pleasant. The hotel is located on the edge of the charming Chora of Folegandros, a maze of beautiful pedestrian streets, with squares of shops and restaurants around every corner. Greece at its most charming and picturesque. An unforgettable and fabulous holiday.

Everything from start to finish was perfect! The hotel and grounds are attractive and well-maintained. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was varied and plentiful. We also appreciated the complimentary transfer from the port to the hotel. I would stay there again without hesitation.

Not do book this accommodation - you will be left out of pocket, disappointed and covered in blue paint from the chalking swimming pools. We arrived and are checking out within 48 hours. Hotel staff are completely unwilling to help. Bad attitudes and awful service is what you can expect. The hotel management is worse. Mr Yiannis Tranoudakis (owner of three hotel chains on the island). He is unwilling to speak to me and unwilling to refund our money. The hotel does not match the description on hotel literature. The pools are unsafe for swimming. Our swim wear is now blue and all of my children are covered in blue paint. I was told by staff to scrub it off and that it’s natural! Both of our rooms have extensive problems with the fixtures and fittings. The hotel is falling apart. Think twice about parting with your money to stay here.

Very well located with easy walking access to the town. Our room was pleasant and spacious, although the bathroom was rather dated. However the pool area is the star feature, and added a lot to the enjoyment of our stay. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. Recommended.
