We booked Swan Studios because of their good reviews! We were not disappointed! Studio 6 was spotlessly clean, had everything we needed for self-catering with microwave and toaster. The beds, linen and towels were top hotel quality, and even the carpet was bouncy to walk on! We reported a problem turning off AD on the TV and this was sorted the same day. The stay was perfect for visiting family in the area, plus Alnwick Gardens and Northumberlandia. We would return and recommend. Thank you Kirsty and Chris.

Booked this very last minute when we had an unexpected change in our plans. Very comfortable room and spotlessly clean. The bed was super comfy as were the two leather armchairs. There’s a fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle too so we had everything we needed for a short stay. Very friendly and helpful hosts. Would recommend and if we are in the area again we would definitely stay there.

An emergency booking after being ghosted by an Airbnb host. A stressful start to our break. Kirsty (the owner) made us feel so at home, great communication and really went that extra mile. Rooms were really clean and have everything you will need for your stay. A central location for sight-seeing and just a short car journey to the beach at Cresswell and Whitley Bay. Recommended.
