差評，我網上訂的剛開房，房卡都沒拿到手突然有事想退房，不給退，就是退一半都不懇説退房要144的手續費。那還怎麼退不知是什麼規定，簡直是黑店，有事沒住就走了。還是收那麼多申請退款不退。簡直沒商量餘地，差評。
