The room was quite clean, but the bathroom floor was black, which didn't look very good. The breakfast had enough varieties, but not too many local characteristics. I hope there could be more local elements. The location is good, the museum is just across the road, and it is also very close to Yangming Forest Park. Chongyi is a small county town, and visiting these two places will achieve the purpose of this trip. Overall good, but the price is a bit high in a small county town

I went to Chongyi to see the Shangbao Terraces and chose to stay in the county town, Chongyi Yangming Garden Hotel. It seems that I made the right choice. I didn't expect that there would be a hotel with good conditions in the county town in the mountainous area. The room is spacious and comfortable. There is a museum opposite the hotel. The front desk staff are friendly.

I booked this hotel last year when my husband and I went home for a holiday. We were quite satisfied with it, so we booked it again this year. However, the front desk was very slow and the service attitude was not good. The room we were assigned also smelled of cigarettes. We called the front desk to change rooms and found a new person. This person was efficient, but the room still had a peculiar smell. I couldn't tell what it was. I was too lazy to change it so I just had to make do with it.
