此次入住温泉別墅酒店，簡直是一場令人陶醉的美妙之旅！酒店環境宜人，寧靜清幽，彷彿置身於世外桃源。私湯温泉更是一絕，泡在其中，疲憊盡消，舒適至極。孩子們在這也玩得不亦樂乎，歡聲笑語不斷。餐廳的美食更是讓人回味無窮，每一道菜都堪稱精品。真心推薦！

服務非常好，同行的小朋友膝蓋磕破了，酒店暖心提供創口貼，餐食也性價比很高，吃出了媽媽的味道。如果真的需要雞蛋裡挑骨頭，就是熱水出快點，就完美了。

環境可以，但是體驗感一般，私湯規定要晚上七點到十二點開放，結果隔壁B05的顧客下午三點就開始泡，玩的不亦樂乎，我的孩子不斷被隔壁的笑聲吸引，也想玩，我衹好讓老公打電話諮詢前台，得到的答覆是七點到十二點才可以泡，我老公説隔壁就在泡，她説不可能，好吧，態度如此強硬，氣死我了！本人出門去泡山上温泉，在前台找服務員要瓶礦泉水，服務員説要三塊錢，體驗感頓時低到極致，太無語了，服務意識太弱了，花了一萬多，住了兩晚，真心做了冤大頭！

私湯很乾凈，就是衹有晚上有，洗護用品也不錯。飯菜比較好吃，私密性也強，適合商務宴請，公共温泉稍微遠了一點

酒店設施略微有點老舊，不過這次定的價格合適，房子住着也非常寬敞舒適，有院子裏有私人泡池，但是温泉居然不是全天都有，衹有晚上7點到12點才供應，這個有點。。。。

#衞生整體不錯，沒有明顯污漬#服務服務挺好，有專人引導。但是安全一般#早餐味道還可以，但是種類很少#房間景觀我們住的c區4房別墅，温泉池非常小，衹能容納3-4人，從武漢出發下午4點到，晚上吃完飯七點多才有熱水衹能玩一會，第二天是沒有熱水的，公共區下午兩點才開放。。。#性價比中等，過來兩個多小時，就泡了一會兒不太方便，周邊沒有其他東西，一個影視城沒人，有點無聊。。體驗一次就可以了。

酒店環境優美，位置安靜，景點都不遠，店裡服務很好。
温泉很舒服，菜品味道好，房間配置全。
離店時東西落下了，店家第一時間聯繫取回，非常感謝！
家裡長者小孩都非常喜歡，以後還會再來！會常來！！
幾點建議:
1.目前房內燈光整體偏暗，個人感覺可以更亮些，或者多些選擇。
2.房內衞浴建議加強保養。個別花灑出水不太順暢，出水沖到天花板上，有點安全隱患。
3.院子裏可以考慮設個茶位，獨坐小院自斟自飲，不亦樂乎。
