大堂煙味很大，早餐時間服務人員抽煙，家人提出讓他不要抽煙，因我有身體原因不能聞到煙味，希望他等我們吃好早餐走了再抽或到門外去抽，他回答我們：“我抽煙老闆從來都沒有管過”，真不好再和他説下去了。樓下大廳“禁止吸煙”特別醒目。
