The location of this hotel is ideal for exploring JieFangBei. It’s also convenient for travelling to most places in Chongqing too. The staff are very helpful and friendly and the room was very clean and well made up. The bed was especially comfortable. I would absolutely stay here again!

Very quiet and centrally located hotel with many shops and eateries next to hotel. Taxis are very reasonable and easily available, with taxi stand just outside. Hotel set up is unusual, in that each floor of building is one complete hotel in itself. There are several hotels in one building. Rooms are quiet as windows look out to closed internal spaces. Walking distance to chongqing art museum. Breakfast is not lavish, however sufficient and healthy. Recommended! :D

I had been looking at hotels for a long time before traveling. I wanted to stay at Jiefangbei at first. Later I saw that Sanyuan Hotel was good and chose this hotel. I checked a lot of information and found that Jiefangbei is the place with the most local people in Chongqing. I went to Jiefangbei and Hongya Cave for a walk. It only takes a few minutes to get there. Jiefangbei has a lot of places to shop and eat. It is conveniently located near the light rail station. The room is also great. It has rich configurations, including an air purifier, a garment steamer, etc. The decoration style is also quite comfortable. The main thing is that the service attitude of the lady at the front desk is also very good. I strongly recommend that you must stay here when you come to Chongqing. It is highly recommended and very good👍

Great hostel to stay for several days, clean. In winter it has heating, hot air in the rooms and in the main outbuildings of the hostel. It is next to the Metro station of the Green Line, Line 2. It has a pharmacy in the same building, and is close to the tourist part as the Freedom Monument. Several places to eat nearby. Easy access. A doubt the kitchen that exists in the part of the room is of communicarios use of the guests, or only of the employees?

I m a first time traveller to Chongqing and I stayed four nights in Glenview Hotel The room is spacious and clean. The location of Glenview Hotel is excellent and it's just few minutes walk to the metro station and the must go places near Liberation Square. Super convenient.The service of the hotel is excellent and I am so impressed by the human touch approach. I received a warm handwritten notes from the hotel on Women Day! Plus,I accidentally slipped down in the bathroom and my hand is a bit swollen and blue. Even tough it is not serious, the staff of the hotel took good care of me.Highly recommended

Location of hotel is very very good in the middle of Jiefangbei. Downside is a bit of a walk from metro but then taxi is not expensive. Downisde of hotel is that on very high floor. Nice view but a hassle to get the lift. Hotel lobby also quite mysterious because its shared with 2-3 other hotels so needed to navigate a bit to find the right hotel lobby. Staff were nice and room was spacious enough and clean

The most amazing stay here. The front desk were very helpful and friendly 😁. Felt home as soon as I walked in there and never felt out of place. They are also very foreigner friendly,so I would suggest you book this hotel as they can communicate in English to you. The rooms are very clean,hotel smells very good and everything else is intact. Location is amazing as well,especially if you want to site see around the Jiangfengbei area. The yellow cabs are always in the vicinity and you can easily get one to travel wherever. I'm definitely booking this hotel again when I visit Chongqing again 👌🏼

Only 5 mins away from JieFangBei and 81 haochijie (night market). Only bad thing is that the building is under construction and construction starts at 9am on weekdays. Quite a pain in the ass if you wants to sleep in. Bedsheets are not changed everyday cause I see the same red mark on the sheets from day 1-3. Shampoo/conditioner are replenish everyday. Would be nice if there is do not disturb light is lighted when the hotel card is inserted. Hotel staff knocked and tap to enter our door at 10ish (and we are in deep sleep) and asked to do room service……. Hotel also provide clothes washing and drying service but 5 pieces per room. We stayed here for 3 nights with 2 adults and 3 children. The rooms basically met our needs. They were quite close to Jiefangbei. The transportation was convenient and clean. There was a washing machine (without drying function), a clothes drying rack, and the wardrobe could store all our sundries. , the furniture quality also looks good. The disadvantages are that the pillows are high, the water heater on the second floor is a decoration, the water temperature of the water heater on the first floor is not constant, and there is only one front desk, which cannot solve the check-in needs in time. Also, there is only one three-person sofa on the first floor, which is not enough to sit...

Stunning Views Amidst Clean Comfort and a few flaw at Roosevelt. My recent stay at Roosevelt offered a mix of breathtaking scenery and comfortable accommodations, albeit with two minor flaws. Situated in the heart of the city, the hotel boasts unparalleled views of both the sparkling river and the bustling city skyline. The lobby was impeccably clean, with modern decor and well-appointed furnishings creating an inviting ambiance. However, my enthusiasm waned slightly upon noticing the state of the carpeted hallway, which appeared in need of a thorough cleaning. Despite this initial impression, the cleanliness and comfort of my room quickly restored my confidence in the hotel. The spacious accommodations were meticulously maintained, offering a serene retreat from the bustling city below. The large windows provided an uninterrupted view of the river and cityscape, allowing me to enjoy the stunning scenery from the comfort of my own space. The onsite restaurant promised a western breakfast; to be honest I had my doubts but my wonderful fiancé convinced me to book the hotel with the breakfast option included, however their idea of a western breakfast was toast, overcooked eggs, stale doughnuts and the rest you’ll refer to the pictures. While the dirty carpeted hallway was a minor disappointment, it did not detract significantly from our overall enjoyment of the hotel. With its unbeatable location, comfortable rooms, and stunning views, Roosevelt remains a top choice for travelers seeking a memorable stay in the heart of the Chongching. I would gladly return for another visit, hopeful that the cleanliness of the hallway and the breakfast matches the caliber of the rest of the hotel in the future.
