Solid stay, booked two rooms. The bed was very very comfortable, great pool - even has an ice bath. Spa is new but pretty good. I will definitely at least come back for another night next time im in Chongqing. There were a lot of amenities.

I love this hotel, but most importantly the staff. They were warm, welcoming, kind and so so helpful! Always going above and beyond with utmost professionalism and kindness. Example: we found a sick stray dog and the staff huddle together and helped us find a vet close by and ensured we had a way to get there and even offered to translate after we had left. They gave me a number to contact if we needed any help. This type of service I have never experienced before and this is only but one example. Excellent experience. Also - Breakfast amazing, amenities clean and classy. Pool area gorgeous and spacious and all necessities available. Room clean, fancy, amazing view, just wow! I will definitely stay here again and again!

Great! Originally we had a really bad hotel in another location so we decided to book here. It's pretty good. Excellent service and friendly staff, happy to help whenever they can. Great bathroom and comfortable pillows. Make sure to ask for their pillow menu, some of their other pillows are amazing. Their staff speak okay English but only basic words. Their pool also lacks poolside seats but other than that excellent. Definitely check it out. Nearest metro is Gongmao. Gym is also ”24 hours”, just make sure to ask them to turn the lights on.
