Hotels near Laojun Cave in Chongqing

This is my second time staying at this hotel, mainly because it is very close to Wanda and the light rail. And it’s cheaper than those hotels in Wanda~~ Don’t be too happy to order takeout from the hotel today~~ And there’s a bakery nearby that’s also delicious! There was a lady named Xia at the front desk who also recommended us to go to an observation deck to check in. The service was super good~~ and I personally think that the environment and cleanliness are not neglected. The main thing is to tell the truth.

The room in general was ok. Service quite good. The stuff was helpful and has room service every day. Location was not in a very busy area, a little difficult to find a good place to eat nearby, but it was just at the river. As the hotel is an apartment type and is in a building with many other hotels the elevator was really crowded and sometime need to wait for too long.

The hotel is in a great location, convenient for travel, and you can see the river view from the room, which is beautiful! The hotel elevator is right next to the riverside park. The owner is very enthusiastic and the recommended tourist routes are great. The room is clean and comfortable. Next time I come to Chongqing, I will choose to stay here again.

We booked a deluxe river view room for 3 nights and we had an exceptionally wonderful experience with the front counter staff . Their friendliness and attentiveness to your needs worth a mention here. We were initially allocated a room at L29 with an upgrade with separate lounge （so we were told）but we requested for a higher flloor and we were duly moved to L42 on the 2nd night when it was available. On the last day, they accomodated our late check out request and the front counter lady, Ms Jia also booked a Didi using her personal phone for us to airport which is much appreciated as I was unable to place an order via my phone. The room is clean and equiped with morden facilities like bidet toilet, dyson hair dryer, washing machine/dryer, dish washer and cooktop（ IMO is not necessay as the hotel is locate within walking distances to array of food streets）, automatic blinds and internet tv, etc. However, we were baffled by where some the things were kept. For the instance, the bath towels were kept in the bedroom closet and the cultery in the dishwasher！ TV is placed below eye level when sitting on the couch. Otherwise, we had a marvellous experience overall and enjoy the magnificent Jialing Jiang and surronging night light .

honestly the best place to come when youre in chongqing the staff are young and lively, there is an in house chef that holds communal lunches and dinners for only 30+ rmb there are 6 adorable cats for you to play with, and a well equipped main room where you dine, drink, play board/card games as well as simply chatting the location is also prime for transport, where there is a metro station just downstairs that connects to most of the tourist sights, and there is also a garden outside with amazing views of the surrounding buildings that light up the night this is the first hostel i wished i could stay a lot longer for, and not just a place to sleep came here solo, left with many memories and friends! 我在重庆的吃山文化青年旅店等你!

The service attitude of the lady at the front desk is very good. She upgraded the room type for us for free. The room size is quite large, and it is next to the river. The scenery is very good and you can see some river views. Some floors are still a bit old. The bathroom can be improved. The style It's not very good, but I'm very satisfied with the experience of staying this time, and the price/performance ratio is super high~

新開的酒店，位置好，環境好，服務好。聽説房間有温泉，下次再過來泡一下。我訂的房間還是很驚喜，和網上的圖片一摸一樣，很有特色，前台好多肉肉，太好看了想抱走，哈哈。

The hotel is not far from Raffles City. This time I mainly went to Raffles City's Discovery Cabin and played an escape room. It was very convenient to go back to the hotel and rest. The price is really affordable. You can also enjoy the river view and night view. The boss also helped to upgrade it. Room

新開業的酒店，環境不錯，很乾凈整潔，服務特別好，去解放碑，八一好吃街，長江索道，洪崖洞，來福士都特別近。臨地鐵站，公交站，樓下就是居民開的小麪館還有公交地鐵站，老闆人特好，為我們推薦路線，重慶很好，下次還來。

I love this hotel, but most importantly the staff. They were warm, welcoming, kind and so so helpful! Always going above and beyond with utmost professionalism and kindness. Example: we found a sick stray dog and the staff huddle together and helped us find a vet close by and ensured we had a way to get there and even offered to translate after we had left. They gave me a number to contact if we needed any help. This type of service I have never experienced before and this is only but one example. Excellent experience. Also - Breakfast amazing, amenities clean and classy. Pool area gorgeous and spacious and all necessities available. Room clean, fancy, amazing view, just wow! I will definitely stay here again and again!
