Hotels in Jiefangbei Area/Hong Ya Dong, Chongqing

The hotel had a prime location, very close to Luohan Temple and Xiaoshizi station. From there, we could walk to nearby busy and vibrant shopping streets/local restaurants/cafes/attractions including Hongyadong. The staff was very friendly, respectful and always available to help us during our stay. Our room was clean and had all the amenities we needed. Highly recommended.

Moved to this room for one night, from the double bed big room, as my friend joined me. Room was exactly like the picture, clean, beautiful, amazing views, location perfect. But the walls were paper thin, could hear everything from the room next door which was a bit disruptive if you wanted to get rest in the night and morning. Stayed in the other room for 4 nights and didn't here a thing, could be that it was a corner room so no neighbours. Other than that no issues.

An amazing hotel, located on the 9th floor. The rooms are very clean, the atmosphere is comfortable and quiet, the service is friendly and responsive, the facilities are complete, and most importantly, it is close to everything because it is located in the city center and there is a minimarket next to it. I recommend this hotel for solo/business trips, couples, and families.

Stayed with a family of 5 adults, within walking distance to Xiaoshiqi metro station. The hotel staff even contacted us via trip.com on the day of check in to confirm our estimated time of arrival which was very reassuring. We were given complimentary voucher for drinks (coffee/tea/soda) and desserts upon arrival. That was so unexpected 😄 It was a good welcome gift after travelling from chengdu. The lobby at level 15 was at a very strategic location. It has a nice view of the qiansimen bridge with chongqing's nightscape. We could also watch the drone show from the lobby, tho it was from the reversed side. The hotel is also just right across the street from the back of hongyadong. The curtains can also automatically open and close. The switches are touch screened. The toilet has a mild smell but otherwise, tolerable. All in all, highly recommended!

Stay time: 20-Oct to 25-Oct, 6D5N Room: Smoke-free, smell-free, clean and nice view. They don’t have non-smoking rooms but managed to give us a room without any smoke smell. No toilet smell also. BUT, at 47th floor room still can heard honking sound and toilet flush water sound a bit loud especially when at midnight. Acceptable for this 2 issues and can be ignored 😝 Location: Very near to MRT station (Line 1 or Line 2 较场口站), within 10min depends on your walking speed. Very near to 解放碑. Nearby got plenty of massage center, shops, F & B & shopping malls. Except shopping malls, mostly open till midnight or 24hrs. Hotel service: Every morning 月月will message and ask best time to clean our room. 1st day we requested to have extra bottled water. Subsequently everyday there is extra bottled water in our room without asking 🥰. Hotel did provide simple meal (FOC) at 43th floor (lobby) from morning till evening. Porridge, cereals, coffee, tea, soy milk, snacks, fruits, small bun etc. Overall, very happy & satisfied for the hotel we stayed. Definitely will book back this hotel if come to Chongqing again.

Service of the front desk ladies is very good and makes u feel like home. Room has very good view too, can enjoy great morning and night view without leaving the room. Location is great and can walk to neighboring tourist spots like raffles city, hongyadong, jiefangbei easily. Also, greatly appreciate they offer laundry services FOC. Front desk ladies will help to wash the clothes and fold them, leave in your room after its done if you are not in the room. Helps to save alot time as I did experience in hotels from other cities, had to buffer time to queue for the washer and dryer. Even provided red wine for the room I booked, although I didnt drink it but appreciated the warm gesture. The room also had Bluetooth speakers and projector and screen. Only downside is that the building amenities and room is slightly older, but still a great value for the view, location and service. Also, as a solo traveller the friendliness of the front desk ladies helped me to feel safe and secure. They are always polite and willing to offer help.

Hotel stay was pleasant. The location is perfect and close to everything that you would need or want - shops, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. The hotel is literally 20 metres from a subway exit. There are great views from the bedroom and bathroom window. The bathroom has an actually bath next to the window if you want to soak yourself to a great view after a day’s walking and sightseeing. The hotel is reasonably priced too.

We are truely out of words! 🫡 👏🏼 👏🏼 Wonderful experience. Staff, location, facilities, ambiance, overall vibe and specially the room was too good. Perfect 👏🏼👏🏼 Hotel staff also gave us free discount vouchers for Cruise ride and observation tower. Staff is very patient and they resolve every issue. Communication was not at all a problem due to availability of mobile applications. Night City view of Time Square is mesmerizing 😊 💕 Overall, a must stay hotel for anyone who wants to stay and enjoy night life in Chongqing. Metro station, Jiefangbei Pedestrian Street and Hongyadong everything is so near. Good job done👍🏼✅ We stayed in room number 1902 and had a memorable experience 😊 (I have also included photos of staff to appreciate their efforts in making our stay a luxurious one. The service and location were great. It was a bit difficult to find the entrance as it does not face the road but even at 1:30AM a friendly pedestrian helped us out. The suite had a living room with a fridge and large screen tv that rolls down from ceiling, bathroom with washing machine, and two separate bedrooms. They only supplied it for two people but after a quick call they provided more towels and toiletries. Downstairs had quick access to the metro, shopping mall, and a lot of food options. What could use improvement was shower, dusting, and the state of the room itself as it had a chipped mirror, worn toiletry holder, some cracks and chips in the paint. The shower was my least favourite as it was slimy and moldy. However, the people and service was really warm and friendly and I would recommend it.
