Very nice hotel with friendly staff. Very nice view. Free water bottles (5). Free washing service - just give the staff your clothes and they can wash and dry for you. You can separate by black and white clothes. Location is very good, 2minutes away from Jiefangbei Denkmal. Lights and curtains are switched on/off besides your bed. Very intuitive and smart.

The cave-themed room was an absolute delight! The high-altitude views were stunning. The facilities were incredibly user-friendly, and the service was outstanding. The spacious and comfortable bed offered a truly cinematic experience, and the latex memory foam mattress was incredibly comfortable to sleep on! Plus, there's a romantic bathtub where you can soak and admire the stunning night views. The location is fantastic, just a few minutes' walk from Hongyadong! There are also many popular attractions nearby, perfect for exploring, including Luohan Temple, Jiefangbei (Liberation Monument), Hongyadong, Baixiangju, Yangtze River Cableway, and the Chongqing Eye Observation Deck, just to name a few. Dining, entertainment, and shopping are also incredibly convenient, with plenty of great malls nearby to explore.

I had a very good experience at this hotel. The service was friendly and attentive, the rooms were comfortable and well kept, and the views were beautiful. The breakfast was nice and had a good variety, enough to start the day well. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back in the future.

I highly recommend this hotel. It is well located and offers a nice view. The service staff is at your disposal 24/7 and whenever you have a small issue or need anything like toilet paper, shaver and adaptor, they run to bring it to you. Plus, at the reception desk they kindly spend so much time to help you book your activities in Chongqing or even order Waimai. They're so helpful, friendly and warm. I definitely want to come back to Yolo hotel in Chongqing ! :)

We had a great stay in Chongqing. The hotel room is spacious, clean and the bed is great. We needed an extra blanket and all could be arranged with a bit of translation help. The hotel is spot on in the center of the city with plenty to see and eat around the hotel. The location attracts all kind of people. One night there was a rowdy group of teenagers who screamed and laughed until 2AM. This was annoying, since it broke us up the next morning. Also be aware that the elevator is in high demand and in the nights it might take some time to get up to the room.

We arrived in the wee hours of the night and unfortunately got a room that reeked of cigarette smell despite requesting for a non-smoking room where our request was accepted as well. We made a feedback to the receptionist, and the staff on shift was very understanding and accommodating to our request in switching to a non-smoking room as well as our preferred room layout (there are two diff room layouts for Cosy Queen Room). We got our room changed the next day upon checkout of the previous guest, and we are very pleased to say that the new room was in a way better condition (727) than the previous assigned room and that it was completely smoke-free. (See the first two images for the new room) Throughout our stay, the staff remained ever helpful and friendly and truly made our stay enjoyable. We had a bit of an issue with our Mei Tuan food order on one of the days, and the staff readily assisted which enabled the issue to be promptly resolved. Here are some pros and cons of the hotel: Pros- • Perfect location and pickup point, making it easy to Didi anytime • Room was great for the price point - strong shower pressure and a/c • Friendly and helpful staff (receptionist, housekeepers) • Great housekeeping standards • Free laundry service (note that it takes about a good 12-15hrs for your clothes to be ready as there is always a long demand for their in-house laundry service) Cons- • Long waiting time for the lift (as there are only two lifts available since it’s a shared building with other hotel brands)

Come stay here if you want to experience the future. The location and facility are unique. It's a quick road to the Airport also, the surroundings have a lot of shops and foodies. The room and toilet are all equipped with the automated system. We were able to do the laudry and the bed are super comfort, best sleep ever. Come and stay here and taste the future. Well done to the team.

Jingjing and coco housekeeper good service and staff are friendly. Price are good. Recommend to everyone to come to stay. Everything is mostly high tec room system. As the xiao du xiao du commending will helps along with everything in the room. Location are very good and convenient. Straight down have a train station (chaotianmen). In front is raffle city mall too. Overall everything is good and enjoy.

I had a wonderful stay here. A little hard to find at first because the lobby is on the 58th floor of a business building and mall which made it a little confusing to get to at first. After I found my way though it was very easy to get to. This hotel is in a great location in the city and close to everything. The room was beautiful, service fantastic, and the room butler Wish (Xinyuan) was so nice and helpful. I absolutely recommend this place to stay.

Clean hotel with very good service. We booked the river view room which had great unobstructed view of the river due to high level (24-27). The building contains many other hotels as well on different floors so occasionally could take up to 10 minutes in the lift during busy periods (such as during morning, lunch, dinner, check in and out times). Could also spent 5-10 minutes waiting for the lift as well. Several steps in the room we booked, as well as steps in the corridor leading to the room as well. Our room smelled heavily of smoke but was helped to improve by the staff with spray. Free laundry of 5 garments per room per day. Customer service team was helpful. They helped to extend the check out time For free due to our late flight. The location of the hotel is just off bayi street on a one way street opposite this building. Very busy traffic.
