Facilities: It's OK. There is a balcony with a nice night view. However, the air conditioner is too loud and I can't sleep at all when it is turned on. There are no disposable slippers, which I feel needs to be improved. The hygiene is OK.

Arrived at Chongqing Airport at midnight and arrived at the hotel very quickly (20 minutes). Stayed for a few days. The service was great and the price was very high. The hotel mattress was very comfortable and the loft-style room was very beautiful. It was very convenient to eat Chongqing food, watch movies, play billiards, etc. nearby. It only takes about 15-20 minutes to walk to Guanyin Bridge.

The mattress is just soft and hard, and I have a good night's sleep; the configurations of smart toilets, high-definition TVs, independent air conditioning are very intimate, and even the toiletries are very comfortable. The service is not to pick! The front desk lady checked in super fast, and also took the initiative to introduce the surrounding food guides; The room aunt responded very promptly. Ask for extra pillows in a few minutes. The smile service was super warm throughout the whole process. The location is also convenient. It is a 5-minute walk from the subway station. If you want to have the best and most luxurious stay, than this place is for you. The views are amazing, the stuff is kind, and the room is just gorgeous! Super clean and spacious room. We booked the one with a private pool and it was really amazing! Highly recommend! Also Tian was super sweet and helpful with everything we need.

The location is very convenient, not far from the exit of Guanyinqiao Station. Guanyinqiao Food Street and Guanyinqiao Pedestrian Street are downstairs. It is convenient to go anywhere. The only thing is that it is located in the center of the business district, and it is not convenient to take a taxi because of the traffic jam. The room is very clean and tidy, and I chose a high floor so it does not affect my sleep. The room is a suite with a dining table, a refrigerator, and a washing machine with a dryer. I stayed for three nights and was very satisfied 👍

The hotel was nice. The check-in staff was good and they handled foreigners well. The room was as advertised. There was construction outside, but they put me on the side away from the construction so I had no problem. The toilet area was huge. I had selected the corner room with the large Bathtub. The breakfast was very good. The only negative at all for the hotel is that it’s a bit of a hike up the hill from the subway station. But it’s located in Guanyinqiao so there’s everything available in that area.

Very good experience staying here, the hotel room is spacious, clean, nice smell, and most importantly the receptionists are kind and ready to help, the receptionist are 24hours shift. It's near to 观音桥 Guanyinqiao, walking distance can reach. The hotel is located inside a commercial building, a few hotels / offices sharing together. The receptionist is at 13th floor, this hotel has 13th, 14th, 19th floors. There are many stalls and shops at downstairs of the hotel. You can settle yr breakfast such as noodles/pao/porridge/rice/snacks around the hotel, they operate quite early, we have our breakfast around 8am+ , already have many shops started to operate. Recommended.
