Chongqing Yuzhong District Hotels

The hotel had a prime location, very close to Luohan Temple and Xiaoshizi station. From there, we could walk to nearby busy and vibrant shopping streets/local restaurants/cafes/attractions including Hongyadong. The staff was very friendly, respectful and always available to help us during our stay. Our room was clean and had all the amenities we needed. Highly recommended.

Moved to this room for one night, from the double bed big room, as my friend joined me. Room was exactly like the picture, clean, beautiful, amazing views, location perfect. But the walls were paper thin, could hear everything from the room next door which was a bit disruptive if you wanted to get rest in the night and morning. Stayed in the other room for 4 nights and didn't here a thing, could be that it was a corner room so no neighbours. Other than that no issues.

Our stay at the hotel was a really great experience. The spectacular views, convenient location, friendly and helpful staff made us really enjoy ourselves. The hotel is right next to the most vibrant locations in the city and is easy to reach. As english speakers we had no issue communicating with the staff which was friendly and kind. The room had everything we needed and it was hard leaving the great views behind and moving on.

I have been two 3 hotels in chongqing and This hotel was absolutely amazing. The WiFi was good, the staff were super friendly and helpful when I had trouble with something and the room was amazing and super spacious. The location is in a great spot right within walking distance to popular locations and amazing food. When I come back to chongqing, I will definitely be booking here again.

Hotel room was very clean and the staff are very responsive on WeChat. Location is walking distance to a subway station but we mostly booked car rides on DiDi. It’s convenient for a pick up as there is a small lane where the cars can pick you. In the hotel, there is also a communal area with seats and tables where you can eat your food delivery. Rooms are designed in a Japanese style which was very homely. The sink is outside the toilet itself with a lot of counter space which is very functional. Aircon is also really strong for hot summer days! There is also a hanging rack for you to hang your clothes.

Stay time: 20-Oct to 25-Oct, 6D5N Room: Smoke-free, smell-free, clean and nice view. They don’t have non-smoking rooms but managed to give us a room without any smoke smell. No toilet smell also. BUT, at 47th floor room still can heard honking sound and toilet flush water sound a bit loud especially when at midnight. Acceptable for this 2 issues and can be ignored 😝 Location: Very near to MRT station (Line 1 or Line 2 较场口站), within 10min depends on your walking speed. Very near to 解放碑. Nearby got plenty of massage center, shops, F & B & shopping malls. Except shopping malls, mostly open till midnight or 24hrs. Hotel service: Every morning 月月will message and ask best time to clean our room. 1st day we requested to have extra bottled water. Subsequently everyday there is extra bottled water in our room without asking 🥰. Hotel did provide simple meal (FOC) at 43th floor (lobby) from morning till evening. Porridge, cereals, coffee, tea, soy milk, snacks, fruits, small bun etc. Overall, very happy & satisfied for the hotel we stayed. Definitely will book back this hotel if come to Chongqing again.

This hotel was an incredibly good value for the money! The overall quality of the hotel was significantly better than other hotels I've booked in China at more than double the cost. The location is extremely central and convenient, only a few minutes walk from the People's Liberation Monument and the Hongya Cave. The room design was excellent: it was modern, clean and spacious, and looked exactly like the pictures (often not the case for Trip.com hotels in my experience!). The room and shower and toilet area all looked and smelled very clean and fresh, and the air conditioning was nice and cold. The staff spoke good English, which was very helpful since my Chinese is still not very good. They were also very friendly and helpful, adding us on WeChat and offering recommendations and help, and they solicited feedback and critique at the end of our stay. The room even had a small minifridge and a real potted plant! My one small critique for the hotel would be that the fragrance used in the hallways and rooms was a bit strong for my taste. That said, I'm particularly sensitive to strong smells, and my partner liked the scent. We just put the scent diffuser in a cabinet for the night and that was good enough for me.

We visited Chongqing for a few days and stayed at Stone Hotel. The hotel shares a building with many other hotels, though Stone Hotel is much easier to access than some hotels my friends booked in the same building. It occupies levels 7 and 8 and doesn’t require changing lifts halfway (hotels in the higher levels do). We stayed in a Tatami Room which was clean and comfortable. Plenty of space to open two suitcases. While there was a window, there wasn’t much of a view. Our room (and every second room in this hotel) requires going up some steps to your door. There are food options around the hotel and the hotel itself is within walking distance (15-20 minutes) or a short drive (10 minutes) to Jiefangbei Pedestrian Street and Hongya Cave areas. Opposite the hotel is Raffles City, a large mall with international and local brands.

This hotel is very clean and new. The location is great. Only few minutes walk from 龍崖洞or 解放碑. The staffs are very friendly. Staff Ben given us a lot of help beyond his job. The detail of places to visit, prepared umbrella for coming rain during the visit. Also specifically thanks to the manager Helen Mo. For an elderly couple, she given us a lot of valuable advice. Such as good food for dinner , how to travel easier and best for elderly,. She made our entire stay much more enjoyable. Will definitely stay in this hotel again when we come back next time.
