Really amazing staff and helped me to book a tour group to Wu Long. They really do their best to make sure that foreigner travellers like myself are able to navigate Chong Qing smoothly . The hotel itself might be far from the main attractions but are easily accessible by a direct line with the metro. Would definitely come back based on my experiences

Great stay at Lavande Hotel in Chongqing! 🚂 The hotel is within walking distance to Chongqingxi Railway Station, making it a perfect choice for travelers. The rooms are super clean, beds are incredibly comfortable, and the soundproofing is excellent. We had a stunning mountain view from our 8th floor room, which was a bonus 🛏️ !The electronic bidet toilet is a nice touch, and the free self-service laundry facilities on level 9 are a huge plus! 🛍️ But the real highlight is the high-tech shower system that plays spa songs when you turn it on - pure bliss! 🛀🎵 The only downside is the slightly weak WiFi signal. 📶 Also, note that the breakfast is not halal, so we opted out. 🚫 Overall, a great value for the price. Staff is very friendly. Luggage storage for the day is available. Conveniently located at train and metro station with mall and many eateries nearby. Room is clean and comes with AI assistant called Xiaowei who does various room control for you (curtain, room temperature adjustment etc.) but only works with Mandarin speech. We did not try their breakfast as there was a blackout and staff bought in breakfast from elsewhere.

I checked in quickly after completing the formalities smoothly. The hardware facilities here are complete, the interior design is convenient and pleasant, the hotel service is first-class, and there are special people responsible for washing and drying. They help guests fold and put them into bags, write down the room number and wait for guests to pick them up; the free supper is another feature of Atour Hotel. From 9:30 to 11: 00 pm, rice porridge, millet porridge, pickles, fermented bean curd, salted duck eggs, cold dishes and other side dishes are provided, as well as steaming custard buns for guests to enjoy. It is really warm and heartwarming. Bottled mineral water is placed in the elevator room on each floor, providing the greatest convenience for guests. Such a hotel deserves our praise and a ”thank you”. I wish your hotel business is prosperous and getting better and better!

I live here for work. The hotel room is spacious and clean, and there is no smell. The sheets and quilts are also very clean! The aunt came to renew the room and clean it every day. It was my first time here. As soon as I entered the room, I felt that my booking was very worthwhile! And the location of the hotel is very good, it is very convenient to go anywhere! There are 4 seats opposite the bar as shown in Figure 1. Since there is no place, my family and I went to the seat area of ​​the main entrance hall in Figure 3 to wait for check-in. Then the waiter came directly to us and said that this is the consumption area. I was a little puzzled at the time. We are also guests who consume in the hotel. The luggage is obviously not ”white*”, but I didn't say much. I just said that we will leave later and are just waiting for the car. Then the waiter said again, ”We are in the consumption area here. You can't sit for too long. You can sit for a while.” This sentence really makes people feel more annoyed about the service of the hotel! It's either looking down on the guests or smashing their own signs. As a local five-star hotel, there are very few seats in the check-in area, which makes the guests feel very bad. It's not a cheap hotel. Other tables and chairs are set as consumption areas and are specifically told not to sit. How can this service system deserve the title of ”five-star service”! ! It's too bad. Is it that the employees are not trained before they start working or the boss is just so narrow-minded! We all go out to have fun physically and mentally, but how come it costs so much and makes people angry? Everyone, especially those who travel with children and the elderly, please be careful, there is no place to rest!!!
