首先，前台服務態度很好，讓換房很快就給換了。但是！酒店環境真的不太好！第一晚住的房間，一直有股怪味；之後兩晚住的房間，有蟑螂，空調滴水（空調位置剛好在床頭上），窗户外面的空調外機漏水到房間裏面，廁所洗手池邊緣發黴起黑點。另外，酒店拖鞋穿着擠的腳疼。
還有，換房的時候，我們明明很客氣禮貌的跟打掃衞生的阿姨説謝謝，沒走多遠就聽見她陰陽怪氣的説“謝～謝～”（自行想象吧）

阿姨很貼心，電視放不起主動來幫忙調試，衞生乾淨，房間寬敞，敞亮，下次來解放碑這邊玩，還定這個酒店，便宜實惠，物超所值了!

衞生好，設施齊全。位於小區內五十米，很安靜。與地鐵站衹隔了一條馬路，出行方便。附近有公交，但是不建議坐公交出行，本人多次走錯方向😀
