酒店設施齊全，在白鶴森林公園山腳下，三機關單位旁邊。整個環境非常安靜，房間採光很好，乾淨整潔（深得潔癖症人的心），前台接待也很熱心。
房間內有文具。（網上訂的標間，到了酒店因為標間沒有了所以免費升的豪華套房）

酒店性價比還可以，是一個老酒店重新裝修的，這個價格和硬件設施比較匹配，早餐的地方太小了，根本沒有地方坐，熱水也是一個問題，洗着洗着就沒有熱水了，前台的答覆是滿房了供應不足，呵呵，最最最關鍵的是照片中這個前台，問什麼都不回答，辦個入住花了好久時間，感覺業務不是很熟悉，作為一個外地遊客，問涪陵哪裡比較熱鬧一點也不理人，前台經理也是看菜下飯，對客人基本的禮儀都沒有，真不知道怎麼招聘的，這個差評讓你們提高一下服務質量

新裝修的酒店，房間很大，乾淨，主要是沒有什麼味道，做房間的阿姨也很熱情，提醒我們節假日人人多車多，路途注意安全。值得推薦哦

酒店挺好的、住着舒服！免費停車放便！周圍環境好和比較安全。
設施：新裝新的！
衞生：乾淨整潔.
環境：整體還不錯、床上用品柔軟細膩床墊軟硬適度、 乳膠枕合適！
服務：態度好、熱情、網上訂房送水果和牛奶！ 平日和國慶都一個價.
不足之處：希望早餐精緻些，豐富一些、我們是8點40左右吃飯的、都沒啥菜了……

酒店很不錯，比較新，春節期間價格也不貴，而且還升級了房型，本來準備衹住一晚的，耍了一天不想走，又續住了。但是有兩個問題，一是水温晚上不熱，無法洗澡，二是早餐地方太小了，很擠，人又很多。能解決這兩個問題就完美了

酒店位置很好，就在太極大道上，停車方便。方便乾淨整潔，早餐味道很好，從小孩到長者都很喜歡、很滿意😘酒店的所有工作人員都很熱情禮貌，入住體驗非常好，所以果斷續了一天房。春節期間原價續房真的是良心酒店😊以後到涪陵就鎖定這家酒店了😁
