很難滿意的一次出行……參加了音樂節到了酒店，被門衞告知，衹能停車在下面，車開上去都無法掉頭回來，我們衹能步行抱着娃、拎着行李上山，晚上走那個路，真是覺得坡陡的不得了，路面根本無法拖行李箱，全程靠拎，路面黑的啥都看不到，被絆了好幾下，差點摔倒……到了前台氣都喘不勻了，反應車子無法開上來的問題，結果連一句道歉都沒得到……可能是看我很不高興了，才喊個師傅讓他來幫我們拎行李…… 這個不是管理就能解決的問題嗎？沒有接駁車的話，山上留個車位，給後面來的客人放下行李不行嗎？ 再説房間，我定的是一個躍層，看了宣傳圖，期待的本是圖一的露台景色……結果，因為當天到的晚，外面很黑，根本看不到實際情況，直到第二天，滿心期待的拉開窗簾……結果是圖二的鬼樣子……一個屋頂把視線遮的讓人心堵…… 再説早餐，一千多的房費，早餐如此潦草，跟阿姨要兩碗麪條，就是掛麪，結果煮完就往大家面前一放，被別人都拈走了……還是我自己告訴大家這是我點的啊，才給我留了那麼一點…… 想自己配點不辣的佐料，結果什麼都沒有，阿姨讓我跟她進廚房配，結果進去看到幾個年輕的工作人員，黑着臉讓我出去……説讓阿姨把佐料拿出去……又不是我要進去的啊…… 我要是不進去，還不知道餐廳還有其他工作人員，以為就那幾個分不清客人還是工作人員的阿姨呢……。 實在不懂啊，那麼高分的好評怎麼來的？我也算是住過不少民宿，也算脾氣好的了，真是第一次忍不住發這麼長的點評…………是在不可能推薦！也不可能再去！

太喜歡這家酒店了，羣山環繞中感受大自然帶來的野趣，除了餐廳感覺一般，菜園、前廳、書房、庭院、迴廊，無一不愛，房間不大，但瑕不掩瑜，我們非常享受此次入住，喜歡鄉野生活的不容錯過！

交通方便，從花果山入口進景區衹要10來分鐘車程，門口有綠皮火車可以打卡拍照，離水口寺瀑布衹有幾分鐘車程。環境幽靜，適合度假，親子旅行。
