酒店很好，床墊柔軟舒適，房間乾淨整潔，寬敞明亮，晚上是比較安靜的酒店，前台服務很熱情，快速辦理入住，小姐姐禮貌端莊，甜美温柔，很熱情給我留下了深刻的印象。房間設施設備很新齊全，屋內常規的東西都有，前台還有自助的免費小禮品，種類比較多，耳塞.棉簽.牙具.口罩.刮鬍刀.針紅包.護理包等，下次還來薅羊毛。酒店位置很好，交通很方便，位於萬州江南新區，出行便捷。我們到萬州的這天，剛好趕上好天氣，晚上吃了夜霄，酒店旁邊很多小吃，有烤魚，有火鍋串串，炸醬麪，有格格，選擇性超多，酒店停車場很大，地面停車場和地下停車場，完全不用擔心停車問題，整個入住體驗感很舒適優雅，滿懷愜意的入睡。很滿意的酒店。

酒店很新，設施設備都很齊全，房間衞生乾淨整潔無異味，工作人員服務很熱情，很好，前台辦理入住很快，提前給我們打了電話告知停車場很方便，點個贊[強]，早餐也挺豐富的比較清淡[愉快]，一樓有個小花園這個天氣小坐喝點茶很舒服。

前台小姐姐相當的熱情，給我們免費升級了房型，體驗感非常不錯，複式房還是很喜歡的，樓下看電視舒適度很好，整體酒店設施設備都很齊全，很新，停車場很大很好停車，晚上休息也很安靜，下次來萬州還是住這家酒店。

優點：停車方便，房間較大，智能語音控制窗簾 通風透氣
缺點：酒店用品質量較差，梳子一梳就斷，其他沒有使用不知道。
衞生：入住時從廁所看到淋浴間地面水自沒有幹，拖鞋也是濕的。
洗完澡以後淋浴間的水會滲到衞生間，上廁所的時候拖鞋會濕。
早餐體驗感非常差，8點半去的，人很多，大家都很喜歡麪包片，全場衹有一個工作人員在加菜品，2個細節，麪包配了果醬，工作人員把蓋子掉在了地上，直接撿起來放進了食物旁邊的託盤。
排隊等雜醬麪的過程當中看到廚房阿姨炸土豆出貨的時候，土豆掉在了枱面上，也直接用手把土豆撿起來若無其事的扔進了盤子裏，然後端出來放在了菜品區。
經常帶着小孩住酒店最重視的酒店衞生問題，何況選擇有早餐的酒店就是想讓小孩吃好點，結果小朋友能吃的食物並不多，衞生還不注重，開始就是衝著評分來的，結果發現這個評分真的是虛高了，350一晚，我也住過更好的酒店。
最後再説一點，入住前酒店給我打電話説是要發入住流程圖給我，方便停車，結果到了晚上還是我自己問的，退房後還收到酒店發消息要好評，説實話這種感覺非常不好，我覺得如果你換個方式問，請問入住體驗如何，或許我會把這個感受直接告訴你，而不是發評價。

我們巴東的，五一自駕遊，第一次來萬州區，在攜程上面搜到了這個酒店，酒店很乾凈敞亮，前台客服小姐姐態度也很好，還免費幫忙升級了房型，大大的窗户，床上用品都還很乾凈，五星級的服務，重點是還有早餐，一家人玩的很開心，下次過來還定這個酒店，推薦哦

很不錯的酒店，乾淨整潔，酒店是智能化酒店，有小度控制燈光和空調，性價比超高的首選酒店。特別是前台小姐姐服務很好，主動介紹的周邊遊玩的景點和周邊的小吃，提前聯繫我們大概什麼時候到，並告知了停車場位置，非常讚的服務熱情周到禮貌親切，看到我們年紀大了，為了不影響我們休息，提前安排的很安靜的房間，酒店前台服務這一塊特別好，酒店有自己的停車位，停車場比較大，告知我們有地下停車場和地面停車場，我們是停在地下停車場乘坐電梯到酒店大廳的，早餐品種多也比較好吃，還有重慶小面值得選擇。入住體驗很不錯，最吸引最值得表揚的應該就是前台小妹妹們的服務意識特別高，臨走的時候禮貌道別熱情邀請下次再來，下次來萬州還會選擇入住。

自駕回成都探親，路過萬州，風景很好，酒店房間精緻豪華，非常乾淨，交通出行方便，周邊吃的選擇比較多，房間安靜舒適，最讓我覺得貼心的是前台小姐姐，每次講話態度都很好，説話禮貌温柔，有問題都第一時間幫我們解決，讓我覺得入住很温馨，有機會還會選擇。

酒店的服務真的沒話説，給我們打了預抵電話，前台小姐姐很禮貌很貼心，還安排了車子送我們，真心不錯，酒店環境也很好，晚上休息很安靜，一樓有免費早餐。整體入住都不錯，值得推薦。

跟着導航很好找的指定的地方，但是到了以後怎麼也看不到酒店的名字，因為沒有前台，衹有聯繫客服，她會發給你密碼，告訴你是酒店具體在哪裡，在幾樓。不過房間性價比還可以，我們要在南寧玩一天，酒店也可以行李寄存
